I found your facility a good value. The room was clean. I asked for top floor, one end or the other of the building (so no room above me, no room on one side of me, and you gave me that. Breakfast, not at all special, was completely adequate, and the coffee was quite good. It was nice to have fruit juice and small cartons of milk. The bagels and the muffin I had were nothing special, but the option for a butter-like spread as well as peanut butter and cream cheese and possibly jam was nice. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Big ups for that.

I stayed a week and the phone in the room didn't work. Nowadays, with everyone having a cell phone, it didn't matter much. The hair dryer also did not work, but that did not inconvenience me. I reported both of these my 2nd or 3rd day there. The soda machine on the 3rd floor did not work, but there was one of the ground floor that did work. I could not figure out how to use the candy machine paying function. There was some noise problem, especially Friday and Saturday late at night, but it wasn't constant and didn't last long. The springs on your doors, to ensure that they close and lock, causes them to slam, and that was very noisy.

the in-room fridge was filthy dirty with mold, requiring after-hour (super nice) attendant to clean with bleach and gloves. The mattress/bed nearest the bathroom is sunken on the side nearest the other bed and the a/c works but had to be put on "ON" because auto didnt ignite it to work. The breakfast selection was very disappointing, compared to similar property types. As a former/veteran hotelier with over 34 years managing "luxury" hotels as Hskp Manager, Director of Operations, F&B Director, Hotel Manager, General Manager and Regional Director, I grade with a great degree of empathy.

Wish there was refrigerator & microwave in the rooms , some medications require refrigerator, like insulin, so there should be one in each room.

The staff was very welcoming, and helpful. Nice room and the bed was so comfortable and soft. Breakfast was a grab-and-go - included juice, coffee, milk, small bagels in a bag, pastries, and instant grits. The location is close to the interstate, restaurants, and shopping areas.

The only issue I had was one guest on my floor who kept slamming his door multiple times and was extremely loud in his room. I would've liked a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, or bacon.

The free breakfast was very typical. It was fine and sufficient to meet expectations for a lobby breakfast and the area was kept very clean. The location, is as good as it gets. 2 minutes from the highway 5 minutes from downtown Woodstock, major big box stores within minutes, gas station 30 seconds.

If you like really soft mattresses this is heaven. If you dont, ( i dont, you have been warned) They arent old shot mattresses they are just really soft

The location is ideal, close to shopping, food etc. The exterior of the hotel is very well maintained.

I have stayed several times, each time the bathroom is lacking soap, clean shower curtain. Also, during the early morning when the staff is cleaning rooms, they are relatively loud and boisterous. Loud to the point it’s disruptive to those that are not checking out.

Cleaner than I expected for a 2 star hotel. Beds were comfortable and the AC was on point!

Was told we would get fresh towels and wash clothes, but we did not. I had to find a housekeeper in the hallway and get some from her. No hot breakfast. Oh poor quality TV's also, need smart TVS really its 2023. People enjoy streaming movies. One of my family members rooms could not get the stations to work on the TV and when she called the front desk late at night she was told "its 1:30 in the morning you need to call back later about that."

The location was really good for where I needed to be. The room was comfortable and clean. All things considered, this was my second time at this facility. Should I need a hotel at this locations again, I would return to this one.

The noise. People in other rooms, doors slamming, and people in the hall were easily heard. I do wish the rooms at least had refrigerators. Earplugs helped with the noise so it was doable.

Friendly folks, helpfulness of staff and location is very nice. Comfortable room, suggestion of staff to make our stay more enjoyable. Room was clean, the only thing I found that was overlooked was the inside of the waste baskets could use some cleaning. Lobby area was very nice and very clean. Well decorated. Outside appearance is very nice as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. When we return to the area I will book this hotel again.

The beds are so comfortable Phyllis and Amy always take care of us they are literally just amazing I leave this on every single one of my reviews I'm going there on the 21st I'll be taking pictures too to show you how comfortable and clean the rooms are how nice they are just wonderful people I love the genius ability on booking.com with Microtel I'm about to be gold level now because of going to this hotel so many reasons to keep going to Microtel it's our little Paradise
