The location was great. Pool.deck was wonderful. Staff were sweet, kind, and helpful. BBQs were clean and well maintained. Appreciated that they are doing renovations to upgrade the property.

Was surprised by the almost $500 of additional fees added to the bill when I checked in. Felt like this wasn't clearly communicated up front when I booked. I would have booked through VRBO at the same property if I had known as that total price for a similar room would have been cheaper. Room furnishings were a little sparce and low-end given the price of the unit. The kitchen was very sparcely provisioned with cooking utensils and such.

Location to town, buses, beach, cafes and bars were excellent. Being able to use towels for the beach was a bonus.

Out of your control, but the complex (carpark) beside the tennis courts had two fans that were very noisy, running 24/7 thus couldn't leave windows and slider open at night. 3 x false fire alarms during the night. The unit is rather run down for the price we paid.

Very good location. Staff were efficient & responded quickly.. Our self-contained unit was better than we were expecting. We had just come from a very expensive resort up the other end of Wikiki, this place was less than half the price & 110% better in all areas. Very happy would definitely recommend.

Sometimes a long wait for the lifts as there are 36 floors. Maybe one lift dedicated to the lower floors would help. Only a small issue, but the kettle & toaster need updating.

Stayed 2 weeks early Nov. Location is great. We have stayed 3 other times in Waikiki and prefer this end of the strip as closer to beach. We have stayed closer to beach but now prefer slightly further away as better sized units. Close to bus transport, cheap food outlets and cheaper restaurants, supermarket (Safeway) 15 minute walk, beach close by and close to the southernmost pier (lots of fish to swim with), close to large park and diamond head for good walks, access to multiple communal barbeques (very very clean) and very large outdoor dining area, pool is awesome. Lanai (deck) has good table and comfortable chairs with great view of pool and barbeque area and the ranges behind Honolulu, adjoining high-rise is a good distance away so no privacy issues and unit has some morning sun but not the hot afternoon sun so come home to cool unit after seeing the classic Waikiki sunset. Room is spacious and well presented, clean and tidy. Kitchen is well appointed and Housekeeping will provide additional pots, dishes etc if required. Fridge is huge. Bed is really really big and very comfortable. The communal laundry, one on each floor, is great with an app to advise when clothes finished washing. This is a well located unit and has ability with kitchen and massive outdoor barbeque and eating area to be able to prepare your own meals and keep costs down. Reception Staff really friendly as were the dedicated security staff. Unit has a great in-room electronic safe (very easy to use) and big enough to put 2x large laptops and all you valuables in. No issues with security as door lock is electronic with on-site security staff and some of the occupiers are residents. In summary a really great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great unit and didn't really dislike anything. We didn't try out the aircon as we didn't need it, as can open windows and sliding door to lanai, it but looked ok as it was a larger unit with a new control unit. There is limited ability to dry clothes, other than dryer in laundry room, as building policy of no drying on lanai, so so more clothes hangers in bathroom would be great. More clothes hangers for bedroom closet would also be great. I noted stickers by sprinklers saying 'no hangers on sprinkler surrounds', so drying may have been an issue for others. The floor level is a bit uneven around the kitchen area but feels like home.

Our apartment was very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of four adults. We received an upgraded room for which we were extremely grateful! Parking next door was very convenient.

The lifts were slow - there were only four and one was out of service the entire time we were there. One day there were only two operating lifts for a very large complex.

Not as close to beach as i would have liked. There was no frying pans in kitchen.

I took my Mom and daughter for a trip to Hawaii for Mom’s 80 birthday. I decided to book this hotel because it is a suite with a kitchen. It worked out extremely well for us. We had a wonderful time on the island.

Of course I understand the environmental impact of cleaning every day and I agree that it is not necessary. I did find that every 3 days was a bit of a stretch but we did it. The toilet paper was not given out freely and we had to ask. Same with the coffee. But they were very kind at the front desk and there was no extra charge. The kitchen is rather dated but functional- the sink stopper got stuck after doing dishes but maintenance was able to get it out. We wanted to use the oven but there was nothing to put the food on (ie baking sheet) so we had to ask. There was a fire alarm one afternoon and when I called the front desk to ask if we should evacuate, I was told that they cannot tell me what to do and I have to make the decision for myself. Hmmm. Never heard that one before.

Since we had arrived early morning from Australia the staff managed to organise an early check-in which was deeply appreciated. Easy access to Waikiki Beach and dining facilities.

We loved the location. Walking distance to the new Target and Food Market. Easy to get to the beach, with loads of places to eat and drink. The room was very spacious and comfortable - bed was a descent size. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Very pleasant stay over all. Will definitely be back. The staff were amazing ! I hope I spell her name correctly - Agathe was fantastic. Always smiling and greeting us, very professional.

House keeping can be improved. The fire alarms went off every single night of our stay. That was annoying.
