location was good - close to the convention centre where we needed to be for several days room was good - spacious & clean, we didn't get enough towels & kept asking for them but managed to get enough by the last couple of days beach - was quite rocky due to coral our return flight was cancelled & we ended up staying 1 night at Outrigger Beach resort in Waikiki - it was good to compare the 2 properties. Although the Outrigger was on a lovely sandy beach & we had a good view from the balcony, the room was dark due to shading from next-door property & it also smelled very musty

we had to wait a long time to check in (flight arrived in the morning & we couldn't check in until 4pm) getting enough towels from the beginning getting in contact with staff - we made several phone calls during our stay to ask questions of staff (concierge, bell boy, front desk) & never got anyone to pick up the phone a parking space was supposed to be included in our package but when we got there none was & it was quite expensive we were locked out of our room on the Sunday & had great difficulties getting it sorted. This was quite stressful as we were having to get changed & be back at the convention centre & competing. We needed to make sure we had a person in our room the whole time until this was resolved & it took 2 days

Everything is nice and clean, everyone is super friendly. The location is excellent,

The parking is too expensive $55.00 plus tax daily. Good thing there is a marina across the street and it is only $1.00 for every hour you are parked there.

clean, great location, staff very helpful and nice

booked and paid for an Ocean View room, but was given a room with view of the lagoon, with no view of the ocean( trees blocking any view of ocean). when I went to the hotel management, I was told the lagoon is considered “ocean view” even though we had no view of the ocean. I told them I felt this is very deceiving, as “ocean view” means a view of the ocean, not a view of the lagoon and next tower.

I really liked that it was on the beach and that we had our own kitchen. The view was really nice for us as well. The patios are large enough for a 4 seat table which was nice for meals. the Hilton is walking distance to everything in Waikiki and grocery stores in ala MOANA mall or Walmart.

The couch was ridiculously uncomfortable to sit on, and I found the pools a bit crowded.

close proximity to beach and shops easy walk to Ala Moana Cool fireworks display Entertain in the main lawn was great having separate bedroom was perfect

In the paradise pool area (mainly used by Families) there were two spa pools that seemed to only open intermittently meaning one was always over crowded.

Property was lovely, we enjoyed the pools, the facilities and the staff were incredible.

I sent a few messages in the lead up to our trip which were not responded to by the property, in relation to car hire, activities etc. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

2 bedroom with 2 baths and kitchen suites our family of 5 very well. Liked that the area is much quieter than where we have stayed in other towers.

still noisey as we were next to lagoon: waterslide area. we are finding Hilton less and less value for money and will look at other options next time we stay in Hawaii. we are enjoying our stays much less at the Hilton than previous visits.

The location is fantastic. A 15 min walk into Waikiki which we preferred as it wasn’t as busy and noisy. Pools and slides are great for kids especially.

The slides has staggered opening times. It would have been great for them to be open all day.

It’s our 4th stay at the village - we just love the convenience, proximity to the beach and the resort’s facilities

It has become expensive, compared to previous visits.

The size of the room and lanai, the view. having a laundry facility on the floor was also very useful.

Very difficult to find parking in self park, also the cost of food and drinks. An outdoor shower or tap to rinse off after the lagoon or beach would be useful - currently we had to enter the pool area to do this.
