The location is not far from Waikiki beach, which means you can enjoy the shops and areas without all the car noise and crowd of people, very peaceful location. Located right next to Ala Moana beach which is by far the best beach, safe for kids and not as crowded as Waikiki beach. I’m surprised this isn’t a 5 start hotel! You get so much for your money! I found a lot of hotels had so many extra charges on daily activities that most people won’t partake on but this hotel didn’t which was great so you didn’t get a surprise additional 1k on the bill. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The rooms service didn’t have much variety plus the food was not seasoned. Nothing Uber eats can’t fix.

All the staff is really helpful and nice, every single one of them. The Club really does worthy, it was the high point of the stay, made all the difference. The concierge Ema, helped us a lot and really made our transportation around the island possible (rentals were without cars or extremely expensive).

Its not that we dont liked, but they can improve: Having the little chairs so guests can get and use on the beach, like some of the other hotels do. For us, it was not a viable option buying umbrellas and chairs because we will get an international flight, so if the hotel had them, it would have helped a lot. The parking lot is very expensive and hard to find a spot, they should review that. Something expensive and not good, should be changed.

The views from the room are incredible with floor to ceiling windows with a view of the harbour. The hotel is very clean and tidy and you are given re usable water bottles on check in that you can refill around the hotel with fresh cold water. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that does the best cookies too! The hotel is at the quieter end of waikiki beach but just across the road from the shopping center and magic island!

I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We recently stay at this hotel and it is absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff are very friendly and welcome you every time we enter the hotel! We also experienced our rental car problem and everyone there included the manager help jump start the car so we could return to the rental place and get a new one! I just want to say Thank you with the valet person who work so hard to help us! Our stay was amazing and will come back in the near future. I would definitely recommend Prince Waikiki to all of our friends and family! Thank you for making our stay safe and comfortable. Thank you, Victoria D

The location doesn't get any better. You can walk to Waikiki, do a little shopping at Ala Moana, swim in the ocean, play a round of golf. The harbor is right there, so you can set sail and watch beautiful sunsets from the pool deck. This has always been one of my favorite hotels, and the renovations have brought it to par with what you'd expect from a hotel today.

The walls are a bit thin, so depending on your neighbor...you're going to hear them fight and you're going to hear that baby/kid scream and cry all night. They have a "spa" on-site but it's literally only for massages (no showers). It was also impossible to get anyone to answer the phone (I called every day for 3 days straight then gave up and booked somewhere else). If you're looking for the full spa experience -- showers, jacuzzi -- go elsewhere. For nearly $350 a night *before* the resort fee and various taxes...you can spend the same and be right there in Waikiki and on the beach. They used to have a shuttle that ran every 30 mins to Waikiki and I was told it's gone and not coming back -- this used to be a major selling point for staying here.

We were right near the elevator but it was surprisingly quiet and had great night's sleep! The hotel's location is great, we didn't need to drive anywhere. The pool looked fantastic but we didn't use it since it was pretty cold and windy. The vast majority of the food at the dinner buffet was absolutely delicious! We would definitely dine there again. Our server was also really great and the table busing was perfect so dirty dishes didn't pile up on the table. The view from the room was amazing and it was very relaxing to watch the ocean and the boats and other crafts in the harbor. As an aside, there is a great convenience store in the lobby with all of the essentials in case you forgot something. They also have cold drinks, sandwiches, and snacks. For coffee addicts (like me) the Honolulu Coffee Company is in the lobby (great coffee!) but they're only open from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The walls were thinner than I thought they were and we could hear conversations happening in the room next door The shower was pretty tiny and I accidentally kept bumping into the walls with my elbows when I showered. The hot water in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to warm. The parking lot is tiny compared to the number of rooms that they have so if you have a car, you will probably have to valet park.

Staff was amazing. The toto washlet spoiled me.

The infinity pool was a big sell for me when choosing Prince Waikiki, however it was sooo dirty. I only got in it once.

The room had a really great view, and overall the amenities were pretty good. Staff was all very accommodating.

I think because of the location, it was always kind of windy, so there weren’t any umbrellas at the pool. So you’re more likely to get sunburnt.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel valued and comfortable on our honeymoon trip. A bottle of champagne in the fridge, floor to ceiling windows with view of the harbor, an incredible pool deck w/ infinity pool. What more can you ask for? The room was immaculate, 1-to-1 texting with the concierge checking in on us…world class treatment away from the crowds of Waikiki at incredible value. Run, don’t walk, to Prince Waikiki. You won’t regret it.

The drinks on the pool deck were a bit expensive in my opinion.

The room was in the perfect location of a view. We loved waking up and seeing the ocean every day. We were near everything but to a distance that it wasn't too much or crowded for us. A Luxury hotel for sure! If you rent a car they told us that they will park it in their garage for no charge - which was shocking. Everything for my crew was in walking distance that we wanted to do and if not we used a local taxi service - Charley's Taxi. The pool is even beautiful within itself. Overall impressed and will highly share with friends and family.

be aware there is no microwaves in the room, which was a bummer if we had leftovers from eating out somewhere. we had to remind the front desk twice about housekeeping not bringing towels - we understood from the busy arrivals of people so it wasn't a big deal and they immediately brought them up.
