1st class welcoming! Great staff! They were all kind. The renovated room was quite big enough for us to take our own spaces. The furniture were clean and modern. The bed was ultra comfortable. Definitely consider Sheraton if you are planning to visit Hawaii. The location was everything btw. It does really impact your holiday in a very good way. Thank you guys!

They charge you twice. They draw the first payment for your whole stay and then they put an authorization hold of the same amount of money till your check out. They did not mention this while we were checking in they told us the only payment will be the total cost of your stay. I think you should inform your customers advance so that they can arrange their finances.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was great. Location was right in the heart of Waikiki

The infinity pool area and main pool area are extremely crowded. Did not seem to have great control over guests and others as the 4 chairs in front of us had 1 guest from the hotel and the other 3 were friends from the area that came to the pool for the day. They took 3 chairs for paying guests and guests were walking with their towels trying to find a chair to use....Also, the pool water was cold! like really cold

Where do I start!!! We loved everything from our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was to die for, just amazing to wake up to it everyday, to sit out in the balcony to have lunch and look out to the ocean or just sit and take in the beauty. Housekeeping always did a great job cleaning our room. We loved how the property is beach front and the limited access from the public made the beach feel very private. Which also made it great during sunset as it didn’t get crowded like the rest of Waikiki. It has two big pools. We spent our time in the infinity pool. We enjoyed the bar and Edge restaurant some afternoons listening to live music. The Honolulu Coffee Co is onsite so made it easy to grab coffee in the morning. There is many other coffee shops, breakfast cafes and restaurants near the property as well. Definitely would stay here in our next visit.

The parking fee of $55 per night. I understand if we weren’t a guest and wanted to park but we are a guest and already paying a hefty price for the room. Had to find a more reasonable parking as after a week we would had paid an extra $385 just for parking.

It was great to stay at Sheraton Hotel. It was right in front of the Waikiki Beach and in the middle of multiple malls. Great location, accommodation and personnel!

It was not possible to include breakfast. However, it was not really necessary as there were so many places nearby where you could have breakfast.

Great hotel in excellent location, would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Activities desk wasn't that helpful

We spent a lot of time debating which hotel to stay in and we were delighted we picked the Sheraton. The pool was amazing, and a short stroll to the beach directly from the hotel. The pool bar was delicious and served you from your sun lounger. We loved the high ocean view rooms. It meant we saw sunset from our balcony every evening. The hotel lobby has a few shops and cafes to which was very helpful. For example, we got breakfast from Honolulu coffee each morning for the balcony.

Cocktails and food were expensive on site. And you have to pay for prime sunbeds with shade at the adult pool.

We enjoyed the resort as a whole, great dinning as well as beachside access with beautiful scenery it's the best place for a honeymoon

Our towels and sheets were not as clean for the premium price we paid. We found hair and stained towels which isn't a deal breaker for us but for the price makes us wonder if our money is being well spent

Fantastic location & pool, renovated rooms, fabulous ocean front views.

Tiny bedroom & bathroom. (Oceanfront - 2 doubles), kept walking into wooden base corner of bed, ouch! Small balcony.

Prime Waikiki location. Staff is extremely kind and efficient. They react instantly to your requests. Spacious renovated room is at the v. good expected quality. Drinking water available. Convenient parking ($55+tax per 24h). Various late checkout options, even till 9pm. Perfect food and coffee available outside hotel in 1-3 mins walking distance. Don’t even waste your time and appetite on hotel food for any meal. Instead go to Island Vintage Coffee

It’s a huuuge hotel. There are 10 lifts servicing like 30 levels which describes the size well. Common areas are typically crowded. Forget about relaxing time at one of their pools as these are packed with hundreds of people and kids.

We came here last minute after our last hotel disappointed, and were so impressed with Sheraton! It was so clean, comfortable, and our partial ocean view was lovely to watch the sunset and see much of Waikiki. Close to anything in Waikiki, nice beach with glowing blue water, and lots of shops on the premises. We loved the balcony, the bed was comfortable, and the room was huge. Would absolutely stay here again if we can get a good deal! There was a 3-day employee strike going on for many hotels in the area, so I hope the union and staff are able to work something out.

Expensive. You pay a lot for location, plus resort fees, excise tax, and a couple other taxes and fees on top of the room rate.
