The complimentary coffee each morning and the soda stream machine for lightly flavoured water not only saved me money but were excellent. The vanilla macadamia coffee a favourite. Located close to the beach but my 2 go to eateries .. Udon noodle and surf n turf tacos. Staff exceptionally helpful. Will stay here again on my next visit.

The following maybe policy, though was a little surprised that even though my room was ready upon arriving , if I wanted to check in early I was advised I’d have to pay an early Checkin fee of $25 .. never come across this before. It didn’t really matter as I went to beach anyway .

This hotel is half-block from the main drag in Waikiki and then one more block to the public access lane onto the main beach. It is fair to call it right in the heart of everything. With Aloha Steakhouse next door, what more can you ask? It was a great stay.

I never quite figured out how to get the shower a consistent temperature. I could make it very hot or very cool, but I could not find the sweet spot of comfortably warm. I thought this could be an issue with the shower in my room rather than the hotel in general, but I never bothered to ask.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location everything within walking distance. If walking is not you thing grab a all day pass US$8.00 and hop on the bus - they run frequently and its an awesome way to get out and about and meet the locals. Rooms were clean and service was good.

The parking is extremly expensive. The acess to the hotel is made by staires only and they are very slippery, they could adress this issue easly by applying and anty slip flooring, my girlfriend fell down because it is not safe. One of the staff members, the young man, at the reception was very rude, apart from that it was very good

Stairs are the only entrance in the property. If you are traveling with heavy bags it’s not ideal.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were serviced daily. Check in and out was quick and efficient. Great location with everything within walking distance or public transport. Nice independent restaurant adjoining to the hotel.

We stayed from 09/08-14/08 and then again from 26/08-30/08. Our first stay everything was great. Second stay our room was only serviced 2 out of the four days we stayed not including the last day 30/08 as we checked out 7am. Our towels were changed but our bed was not made. Not sure if the team were understaffed but arriving at our room between 3.00-5.00pm was just too late and not convenient for us as guests to have to leave our room in order for it to be serviced. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would recommend to family and friends.

We loved the colourful atmosphere and great location. Everything was within walking distance while staying in the dt core. Being next to Heavenly (restaurant) and having coupons to use there was also a huge bonus! Loved the design above the bed with all the islands. Although we weren’t crazy about the process in getting to the pool, the colourful staircase was very beautiful. We also enjoyed the red necklaces we received upon arriving.

There were dirty socks on the floor left from the previous guest. Didn’t like that the bathroom had no fan. It felt like a big wet condensation box whenever the shower ran. Wasn’t crazy about the process in getting to the pool, would be nice to have a more direct route.

The location was amazing, close to shops and restaurants and the beach. The staff were super helpful and they gave us dole whip when we arrived! The pool and lobby were very cute and picturesque.

The double rooms were tiny - not ideal for sharing with more than 2 people. The bathroom was also very small. They only have one double room per floor, so it was not possible to get 2 double rooms next to each other.

+ room has a lot of nice amenities like a microwave, snacks on a tray, kettle and coffee + tea. +TV you can toggle to HDMI via the knob on the bottom so plug your devices away. + towels for the beach if you need them at the front desk. + service was great, really nice room service staff, they are polite and attentive. + room service is great, if you need fresh towels/cups etc they provide it straight to your room. + the location is fantastic, just 10 mins from the beach and literally around the corner from great shops and restaurants. + they upgraded our room from a queen room to a king suite (much appreciated surprise!) the extra space and couch was worth it.

- It didn't bother me but you can hear live music/vehicles from across the street during the evening. If you have to sleep with absolute silence this isn't really the place for that. - there is no fan in the bathroom so it was incredibly steamy after a shower. - the shower pressure is baaad. If this is a ploy save water and energy, well it didn't work because I had to shower twice as long as I usually do in order to rinse off dirt and sand. -room was mostly clean but I noticed the top shelf in the walk in closet was dusty. The walls and bathroom door had slightly peeling paint, so it could use a refresh.
