It was my 4th time here. Location is excellent. Steps away from the beach. Winston ( Manager ) accommodated my requests superbly. Oscar the security guard was excellent. 808 store staff where nice and professional. "A" who worked there was chatty and had a colorful personality. Best sunset location in Kihie. All in all I have never been let down the staff and location. Will visit again!

If you're expecting the 5 Palms restaurant to be there. Sorry to tell you the area is currently vacant. I hope another restaurant takes it's place in the future.

The beach right out front was fantastic and perfect for all ages. The little grocery store was very convenient as well as the rental shop. The grounds were well maintained and I love all the plants and trees. I also liked that there were chairs available. The pool was the perfect temp. I look forward to staying again when the restaurant is complete. I also liked that there was access to the beach for locals. The laundry was very convenient as well.

Our room was 209B. It was very small.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being right on an amazing beach, with excellent snorkeling right there with a rocky point just off to the side. Turtles, fish and clear water. Great views from the rooms overlooking the beach. Very clean rooms, and well maintained. Would definitely return.

The onsite restaurant was closed for renovations, but I can't fault them for that!

The ability to walk right out to the beach, the locked pool, towel service, the store and equipment rental area, our room was perfect with wonderful amenities, and that the staff was SO friendly!! The kitty was a bonus, as were the chickens. :)

The lack of parking for bigger vehicles. I ended up renting a vehicle and they gave me a Chevy traverse. Parking that in the smaller spots was a challenge. But I managed! Also, lobby seating would be nice, and maybe that'll be available once the freshing up is done!

This was an amazing location right on the beach. We were able to be right outside the lobby for the evening sunset on the grass every evening. Amazing views! The team members were very kind and helpful, and we would love to visit again.

The location was great and the beach was wonderful. The beach and views was what made this a good resort and overall pretty clean. Also, the location was right by everything in a short drive.

The room was not the same as advertised on Booking.com. Based on pictures, we thought we were staying in a Condo Style suite with balcony and kitchen. What we received was a regular studio hotel room at Mana Kai Maui, that was very small. No more than two people could comfortably be in room. We addressed issue at resort and it was explained that Booking.com did not advertise the property accurately and in the future to book directly with them or confirm room before booking with a 3rd party website. Also at resort you have to request fresh towels daily and rooms are only cleaned on the 3rd day of stay. Also King bed was two twin beds put together. The headboard constantly kept needing to be pushed back against the wall.

loved the ocean side location with really great snorkeling right off the beach.

No restaurants within reasonable walking distance and no on-site alcohol sales.

Everything that you could need or want was in one location!! The room was great with an awesome view! we loved our stay here.

I have stayed on this property for 40 years...I love the location and enjoy the property and staff.

That the deli and restaurant was gone...however that is a good thing considering MonkeyPod is coming!!!!!!!
