Pool and breakfast

Booking.com screwed up my reservations. I have a reservation for 6-29-23 thru 6-30-23 checking out on 7-1-23. Hampton Inn said the rservation was for 6-28-23 thru 6-29-23 checking outt 6-30-23. They canceled my reservation because I wasn't there on the 28th, they stated they had no rooms like we had a reservation for. They offered no alternative. I had to take a handicapped room with a fold out bed, which my 50 year old daughter had to sleep in for 2 nights. This was totally unacceptable to me. I feel you should reimburse me for my trouble of being inconviencied.

The staff, particularly Anaka, was very accommodating as it was my birthday, and our booking via Vrbo fell through. She was kind, helpful, and resourceful. Literally, without her, I believe our trip to Coeur d'Alene would have been DONE! It was one thing after another on a long and no very "happy" day, and when she greeted us, it ALL changed. Thank you, Anaka, and thank you, Hampton Inn! P.s. the kids very much enjoyed 24 hr pool!!

People using the free breakfast areas for the days I stayed were sick and coughing on the food. kids using their fingers picking out bread, or taking cereal by hand. Hotel staff member cleaning up after people had to have seen this situation, but nothing done. It certainly a difficult situation for the Hotel I am sure.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. One of the best we've enjoyed lodging in a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet our room was as the hotel was full with guests (a dance competition in town-many young people). We also enjoyed the use of the hot tub. No other guests were in the pool area, so the four of us spent a nice leisurely/relaxing time visiting.

The cost was more than we should have paid, but we were celebrating with family so indulged this time. We reserved two rooms for our stay. Upon arrival, one was ready and the other room would be available an hour after the check in time. We also thought since we reserved the two rooms together they would be relatively close in proximity, but one was on the 4th floor, the other on the first floor. Minor inconveniences, but for the price...

Nice big swimming pool and big windows with views of the tree topped hills. Very nicely appointed exercise room. Great location- just a short stroll to the river and boardwalk. Very pretty area.

We found getting online confusing as we got the Hampden Inn general site which wanted us to download their app first and set up an account.

The staff were very friendly, and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were beyond comfortable, so sleeping at night was not a problem. We enjoyed our stay and not only would we stay again, but definitely recommend The Hampton Inn and Suites to family and friends Thank you for a lovely experience!

The Hampton Inn in Coeur d'Alene is a beautiful location. Inside you will feel like you’re staying at a higher end resort. The value for our room (King Suite) was amazing. We did book through a 3rd party vendor. The double sided fire place with enormous mantle is truly awe inspiring. Our room was immaculately clean. The front desk staff person was friendly and enjoyable to speak with. Close to restaurants we were able to walk across the street and gave dinner at Red Robin. The breakfast was good. Plenty of seating and the chairs and options to sit were outstanding.

We booked a disabled suite due to some difficulties with mobility. The shower head did not have a lift-away wand which makes showering for those with disabilities complicated. Honestly, I don’t understand why these wand type shower heads aren’t standard in the hospitality industry. Finally, I have to eat gluten free which for me isn’t a life style choice but a medical fact. Few options were available such as separate bread for gluten free toast with dedicated gluten free toaster. My companies offer gluten-free muffins etc.

Did not have breakfast but the inn was very nice inside and out. Was so happy to see the complimentary bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body gel on the shower wall! Nice view of the surrounding mountains. This was a nicer Hampton Inn than we have stayed in in CA.

Facility and everything top notch excepting the breakfast

Their breakfast only thing really lacking out of the whole time there, everything else top notch and very nice. Breakfast not up to some other chain complimentary breakfasts.

Spacious, the decor and modern. Very clean. Of course the breakfast, how there is always coffee and fresh cold water. The gym and the pool were great icing on the cake.

Very slow internet but I am not sure if there is an additional charge for highspeed internet.
