Everything but the bed. Very hard and uncomfortable for my preference.
The bed was very uncomfortable to me. The bathroom shower had a lot of dust/dirt particles where you put the shampoo, no garbage bag in the trash. There was no breakfast like they advertise on one of the days. The round covering that covered up a huge hole in the wall fell off in the shower and I put it back on the wall but other wise it was decent for the price

Suzy was working at the front desk and was very helpful. I saw that there was a billing issue once I got back home and Karen, the Manager, was easy to work with to resolve. I couldn't have my favorite waffles due to Covid but there were other breakfast items readily available. The lobby and dining area was very well maintained. I would definitely stay there again when visiting my Mom in Post Falls 🙂
The front entry garden area can use better maintenance to make it look more beautiful

Clean rooms friendly staff
I was over charged by the hotel when I booked at $81.00 on Booking and the hotel charged me $110.00. I brought it to their attention on check out and was assured by the hotel clerk that morning of check out. No adjustments were made and still haven't heard any response from the hotel manager . Very disappointing

breakfast was packaged cheese omlete ,sausage egg muffin ,fruit cups,blueberry muffinand fruit bars.Karen and other ladyat the front desk bent over backwards to help with thing needed.Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
