I took my 8 children on vacation to Silverwood, and this hotel was within like 25 minutes of the park. I had to rent two rooms and they were conveniently across the hall from each other which I really appreciated. They have a really nice breakfast bar with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles and more! The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is nice, and I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Comfortable bed, pillows, good mini fridge. The shower curtain appeared to be an eco-friendly brand. The staff were very cool. Location good for a short drive to restaurants, bars, I-90 & I-95. For the price it was a pleasant surprise how clean and comfortable it was! Big flat screen tv with streaming apps. Dog friendly ($20 pet fee) with decent fenced grassy areas surrounding and poop bags. Quiet considering the location.

Lighting in the room and bathroom were somewhat abrasive. There were some hairs in the shower. The hot tub is very old. Window curtains were dirty.

Staff was super sweet and accommodating except for 1 front desk lady. We stayed 3 nights. This was my 3rd stay here and I usually have a great experience. We go to Silverwood every summer and this is about a 30 minute drive from there. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Room was clean. Continental breakfast consists of make your own waffles which we absolutely LOVE, along with the usual cereal, muffins, bagels, yogurt and fruit. We like it here and most likely will be back again next summer.

Front desk staff when I checked in was a bit snarky. I asked questions about money that was already taken out of my account and she acted as if I was stupid and knew nothing. Not a good feeling right off the bat. After our interaction she said she was new and didn’t know everything yet. Either way, not a good look to try to make someone look stupid for asking a very reasonable question. Even my teenager was like what is her problem!? Swimming pool had waaaaaay too much chlorine. It burned my eyes just walking into the pool room. Staff was notified.

The breakfast was good and fresh & a lot of options! The dining area was clean and tidy & the same for the room had a lot of towels & the staff was helpful!

Location I did have a hard time trying to find the entrance turning into the parking lot. It is very dark & its on a busy intersection. The snack shack by the office it does not take cash only credit & that is my only complaint

When we check in our room.... It was not clean. Had to ask the front desk to transfer us to other room... We chose Ramada to have a great stay... We travel from Canada to experience an extraordinary... Very disappointed that the room was not clean... Socks and some trash was in between the center table between beds, floors was not vaccuum.. but nevertheless the staff was approachable that when I asked to change room they gladly did it in a snap.

The rooms were as expected. The breakfast was really very good, but busy later in the morning. The kids enjoyed the pool. Check in and Out were easy. Fridge was cold enough to keep our blackberries frozen. So many USB plugs! Very close to Texas Road House ;)

The breakfast area could use more seating, but it was so good and all things can be taken to your room.

Nice rooms and bed

Usually we just put a card on file for ‘incidentals’ but this place charged the card $50 for incidentals and told us if nothing is found then they will return it in 3 to 5 days but depends on our bank it could be a week or two. I found that to be rather crazy to charge me before they find an issue, which I’m sure they won’t, as we don’t destroy stuff!

I like that the room was quiet and private. The sink and mirror were so well lit that I didn’t need the lit magnifying mirror that I brought with me. The staff were terrific, friendly and helpful. Felt like I was among friends. The breakfast was so inviting!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

They had a good breakfast and we went during the week so it was not really busy my kids enjoyed the pool and the spa was nice once they got it working

The pool was closed when we arrived but we were a hour earlie the spa was cold the 1st day and at 630 am the final morning a person or child was running in the room next door and hitting the wall not the hotels fault

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Inn! We chose this hotel based on its proximity to Coeur d’Alene and, after we booked, got a look at some of the reviews. I have to be honest, I’m not sure where those negative reviews came from because we had an excellent stay. This hotel is important in the ways hotels should be: the beds were comfy with lots of pillows, the shower pressure was excellent, the towels were fluffy, the breakfast buffet had hot food, and the pool & hot tub were great. Bonus: there was a fridge in our room & bar soap by Bumble & Bumble. What’s not to like? We also had the pleasure of interacting with Wendy who was running the check-in desk *and* manning the breakfast buffet. Despite having to multi-task like crazy, she kept a smile on her face and gave us superlative customer service. She was absolutely lovely & her care & concern for her clientele was obvious as the nose on your face. (Hey Ramada, promote that gal pronto!) I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good proximity to CDA and/or the Spokane Airport. It was a good value and included everything you could ask for in a hotel!
