I like that the rooms were clean along with the rest of the property. The pool was well maintained, and I enjoyed swimming with my kids. The free breakfast was good. Nothing fancy, but the food wasn't bad, to be honest. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable! We had 3 rooms as we traveled with my sister and her family, and my aunt. All of our rooms were clean and comfortable.

The heater was on our last night in the pool area. With it being 85 degrees outside, it was pretty uncomfortable inside the pool area. The beds were very hard! My wife and I had a hard time sleeping because of this. We've stayed here many times in the past over Labor Day weekend, and the beds weren't bad on our other trips. Almost felt like we were sleeping on box springs.

Everything about this place is fun and welcoming. Modern design but comfortable at the same time. Room was huge and similarly priced with other smaller accommodations in the area. Staff was professional without being frigid. Parking and access to rooms was easy and close. Pool was open later along with other amenities.

Facility grounds were attractive and inviting. The personnel were friendly and responsive. The breakfast was provided promptly by staff.

The shower water wasn't particularly hot and the hot tub water was bath tub warm but not the warm temperature one would expect.

Room, Breakfast and bed were great! However, the pillows (all 5 of them) made me feel that i was lying on the ground. Recommend that you provide at least two softer pillows--thus allowing guest to select which they would prefer.

Rooms were excellent the breakfast could have had more variety of item and some food could have been warmer. All in all food was fine.

Screen was removed from our window one morning I reported it and no response all day of being gone was it not replace when we returned, maybe maintenance was busy.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Arrangement of the room was a bit unusual but not bothersome. LOVE that the remote control for tv was a COVID-era, easy-to-sanitize design! Hot breakfast was adequate, I was able to put together a healthy menu from the standard fare. Breakfast area was very tidy. Convenient location right off the highway for decent espresso/coffee, 3 grocery stores nearby and gas station.

Heater was a bit loud but I was able to sleep through it. Everything else was fine.

A ramp.or elevator to carry luggage upstairs. There were a lot of stairs. Maybe there was an elevator we didn't see. We entered through a side door to get to our room.

obvious repairs needed in hall area (broken blinds) and dirty hallways. Some the cable channels couldn’t get a signal and it’s likely due to the brick structure.

the property is an ideal midpoint Australian between Colorado and the Pacific Northwest. I have stayed here many, many times over the last quarter century.

Breakfast warm and wonderful. Location close to everything. Great parking! I am a senior and no elevator to second floor. A nice cleaning staff lady helped me carry my heavy suitcase to the room. Very professional and kind.

I had booked a general room which did not include a fridge and microwave. I did not know this when I made reservation online. The hotel clerk upgraded my room and charge $10 a day.
