The location was perfect for the hot springs pools & floating the river. It was also not far from any food or shopping. We walked everywhere.

The bathroom window didn't lock. You could see light around the door. There weren't any bags in the dog waste station & a lot of people didn't clean up.

We loved everything about this motel. The guy at check-in was super friendly and pointed out things around town to do and even gave recommendations for an awesome tube rental to float down the river. Rooms were big and comfortable and made for a great night in Lava Hot Springs. Will definitely stay here next time we pass through town.

The room size was nice. The location was within walking distance to activities in town. The price was reasonable for the accommodations.

The a/c unit didn't stay cold and turned on and off all night long - noisy and hot sleep Need more pillows. No late check-out available. Had to reset television each time it was turned on. Parking in motel parking lot an issue. Had to park on the street the first night. Other guests were loud and used much foul language - but they were very nice :)

it was in a great location, wonderful staff. Room was clean and perfect size.

the only thing I could say is maybe a few more plugins, especially one in the bathroom. Other than that it was great thank you

the staff is always very helpful, beds are comfy, and can't beat being right across the street from the hot springs. love his little town, so nice to walk around and feel super safe. we will visit again. love this place.

didn't find anything that didn't reach our expectations

Spacious and hygienic rooms. I have stayed a lot of places in lava, these rooms were by far the largest, and the cleanest. For what I paid I expected the place to be a bit dingy, so I was delightfully surprised.

No complaints at all.

I love this place because the rooms are always clean. We loved getting a room with a river view this time.

I tried to turn on the TV and nothing happened. I might not have known what I was doing. It wasn't a big deal because I was hanging out with a g-friend. I do wish you didn't have to go through staff to get ice. They keep their ice locked up and they just have bags of ice, instead of a machine that produces ice. I always try to top off my stainless steel drink vessels with ice at the gas station before arriving so I don't have to go through the hassle of requesting ice at the front desk and their response that they need to look for the key to the ice chest and blah blah blah.

It was good. It's been 18 years since I have been out there, and not a lot has changed. It seems that the owners of the hotel has done their best to keep it maintained, and everything was in working order. I was pleased

Their wifi system was outdated, and they had the login information for me to get on, and the information was wrong. They just need to update it so that guest can use it.

I liked how big the bed was

The proximity to the campground as well to the river

Lack of outlets in the rooms. They need to invest in updating rooms. Ours was a bit too small.
