This a 2 part building hotel on the Northside of town just behind Costco and Wilson- Bates. Parking is alright. Crew cab trucks with a longbed will be limited since most of the parking is for cars,Suvs's, or Tahoe's. Rooms were very clean. It's an older version, but it was nice to have a sofa to sit on instead of just a bed. Breakfast was great. I wasn't able to use any other facilities there for the one night. Wasn't feeling so well...probably all the dust and whatever else in the air while it's harvest time around Twin Falls.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The rooms were very comfortable for our family. Breakfast was great each morning.

The breakfast lady was very rude to my children. There were no signs that said no shoes or no service. Yet she came in the breakfast area hollaring that my kids can not be in the breakfast area without shoes. A few mins before we got in there, there was a mom and her sons with no shoes on. She needs to be informed of the rules for everyone not just certain people she decides to embarrass at the hotel.

Exceptional value for money. The room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness, spaciousness and general comfort. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool, hot tub and lobby area (where there was coffee available). The staff at the desk were very professional and the breakfast was really good. We also appreciated the fact that breakfast was available from 6 am, allowing us to get back on the road early.

Everything smelt fresh and clean, but there were stains/worn areas on the carpets in the corridors and one in the room. It didn't really bother me because it was clear that it was clean.

I have stayed here many times and only complained once there was a old bar of soap in the shower and used shampoo bottles

the gentleman that stayed next to us was yelling and screaming I called the front desk at 4am and they didn’t do anything about it I was a little upset. but that was the only time I had any issues. still love staying there great location to shopping and the hospital

The room was large and very clean. There was a bathtub and plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. There were scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy and waffles, plus yogurt and all the other usual things. There was coffee and tea in the room as well as in the lobby/breakfast area. There were two women cooking breakfast and making sure it was stocked. The motel is also close to several restaurants and a mall. We walked to Texas Roadhouse, and there were several others even closer.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. We were able to change rooms to make it easier for a handicapped member of our group. Breakfast was good. Location and access to other things was very convenient

The buildings are old and in need of updating and remodeling. Carpets, especially in the halls and common rooms, were very dirty and worn. Furnishings were tired and showing lots of use.

There's a separate building that has a key card entrance that doesn't work half the time. The second building is also in the front with a small entrance area that is misleading. It makes you think that is the front office and where you should park, until you get to the door and it says to go next door.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were no glaring issues with the place and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and for a quick stay during a long travel, the place worked out well.

The walls aren't very thick, so it was a little noisy from those next door for part of the night. I can see how having to buildings can be cumbersome for some travelers going between the front desk and their room (especially in wet weather), but I didn't have any issue with it - and I was in the second building.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. The property is well maintained. There was a pool available and an exercise room which my husband used. They gave us a room facing the trees rather than the back of the commercial buildings. The location was great since there were good canyon and river walks nearby as well as restaurants.

Good value for the cost. Clean and good location

Staff need a designated smoking area other than the front door area. The person managing the breakfast shouldn’t be sitting in the dining room talking non stop for everyone to hear. This should be a designated area for guests to enjoy their meal.
