the room, two queens, was spacious. it included a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. there was also a table with two chairs. In a closet there was an ironing board. The bathroom was nice, with a blow dryer.

I liked everything. Breakfast was not included, but instead they had food available 24/7 for purchase. I found this to be a very nice feature. I could get what I wanted if I needed something, but didn’t feel pressured to eat breakfast just because I’d already paid for it in the price. win-win! Besides, they had coffee available in the lobby which is all we really wanted.

The front desk evening checkin went very well, and the front desk associate was very nice. The morning checkout associate was also very kind and friendly. The room is spacious, and clean, and the kitchen (I didn't use it) was alo very clean. I got a great rate, and there was an option to get breakfast to my room. The location is easy to get to.

I had a problem with the night associate, but I am writing this because of the excellent customer service I received with the manager in the morning. I will definitely be back. People can and do definitely make a difference betweeen a mediocre experience and a great one.

Good size room and cooking area. Comfy bed. Ground floor was great and easy view of own vehicle in parking area and nice to be able to get a free cookie and decaf on tap near reception

Kitchenette was well set up but booking details did not indicate that there was nothing to use. No cutlery, plates, cups, mugs, glasses, bowls, pots or a frypan. I presume My Place must have this at all their motels.

Breakfast was easy. We pre-ordered and it was delivered to our room on time. Very affordable. Rooms are very comfy and clean. Check in was a breeze. The staff was excellent.

We will be staying wherever My Place has a hotel. I didn't like that there are none in the next place we're going. Thank you and keep building and maintaing these hotels.

The place was close to Shoshone Falls and the lake. The place is clean. We did not get a make up of the room during our stay but replacement towels were available at the Reception. The place has free coffee all day. They have cookies available beginning 5 pm. The room has a huge refrigerator, microwave, and stove. We just have to ask for paper plates and plastic utensils and borrow pots and pans from Reception.

The bell cart won't roll easily

We did not have breakfast. The room was excellent. Bed comfort was outstanding. Dog fee was very fair. Clean and coffee was good. Sheets were white and soft and towels were without stains. Very comfortable room, no road noise. Would recommend.

The lobby had two men sitting on their phones talking. Should have gone to the lounge or their room. Wish they would of had a better dog designated area, with poop from other dogs picked up.

i did not use the breakfast service. i did use the coffee pot in the room. the room was very clean, and I needed the wheelchair accessible bathroom for my stepdaughter. it was very nice. My wife liked the bathtub. I was OK with the shower. it was one of those water-saving heads that sprays tiny jets of water at high pressure to give the impression of a lot of water. It was OK, and I understand its use. I just didn't like it as much as a more generous shower. I did not use the cooking facilities, but I liked the idea of them being there. I may use them in the future. the beds were very comfortable.

The shower seat which came with the room did not work for our daughter. We brought our own. That shower seat supplied in the bathroom looked a little unstable, but I am used to a much sturdier type of chair. The lighting in the room was set up with either all on or all off room lighting. there were lights beside the beds but they didn't work for me. I would have liked to have a lounge style chair with a single light I could activate to read while my wife and daughter slept. but, this is a minor point. Next time I will bring a book light.

The hotel was very affordable, and convenient.

Too bad there aren't better views from the room windows. The staff could have been more attentive at the counter. We had to call someone out to help us a few times. Also, have them tell their guests that the main door closes at 10:30pm and that a room key is needed to open the door.

Location was wonderful. Customer service was awesome. Cleanliness and especially loved the little kitchen and big refrigerator!!! 👍

Breakfast should be included not another $7-10 extra for a breakfast sandwich that is why we did not partake in the breakfast. Would be rather expensive if you had a family.

Very clean, new, and well-operated. Nice quality finishes and furnishings in the room without the luxury price. It had everything we needed. Loved having a kitchen and the extra space.

We heard the traffic quite loudly. Our room faced the Shell station and intersection. The traffic noise seemed to bounce off the back of the Shell building towards our room. That sounds weird, but it seemed unusually loud. Request a room on the other side.
