My check in staff Teaka, was excellent. She was informative and very helpful. She had a nice personality and smile. i liked how clean my room was when I entered my room. I liked how nice and clean the gym was.

I didn't like the attitude of my checkout clerk Jessica, I had missed my cleaning day and when asked if I could get a makeup date her answer was just NO., you missed it. Also, I asked if I could get 30 extra min. at checkout to wait for my Uber, her answer again was no. she said she has too many asking for extensions, an couldn't do it not even for 30 mins. I also didn't like the breakfast.

The hotel is CLEAN. I researched hotels in this area and wow, it's sad to hear reviews where hotel cleanliness has apparently gone down the tubes. This hotel, however, is very clean, modern and comfortable. At the time of our stay, it was also quiet which we appreciate. The room was spacious, had good light (great window shades) and gotta love a clean, modern bathroom. Pet-friendly too! Plenty of space for our beagle to take walks near grass (there is a park nearby, too).

Breakfast was available but not the best given that it is buffet style. The morning we had breakfast were omelettes that seemed to be pre-packaged but heated up. Also, not a lot of options for people with food restrictions (e.g. dairy, gluten). The long line to check in. Maybe just bad timing on our part and situational. A self-check-in option would have been nice, if possible.

Comfortable and quiet rooms. The breakfast was great with variety for everybody in our family. The location was convenient to Burr Ridge, but also quick to get to the interstate to go downtown. Great 24 hours gym with a Peloton Bike!

Breakfast was fresh, hot and plenty of choice. The room was outstanding, bathroom had a wonderful walk in shower and the bed was so comfortable. Staff where very friendly and answered all my questions.

I have nothing to say that I did not like the service was outstanding and the facility was great, clean and fresh. Maybe more towels we was not aware we could not ask for more towels.

The whole facility was neat and clean. Staff members were eager to help and provide for our needs.

While we read a note in our room that there would be no housekeeping, we understood that to mean that no fresh towels and bathroom supplies would be provided for the second night. We were surprised that no one came to straighten up the room, make the bed, add in replacement coffee packs, and empty the trash, which was overflowing. The hotel was not full, so we could not explain it away by housekeeping being overwhelmed.

The breakfast wasn't bad at all. I wasn't expecting much and the food was pretty decent. Plenty of options. Not bad at all

The only gripe that I had was that there was $100 cover for the room which did come back to me promptly. I just wasn't informed prior so I didn't know ahead of my stay.

Staff was able to accommodate a room change last minute due to a friend not being able to make it and got me the one I wanted. Complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels I've stayed at. Friendly staff and good location. The king room was spacious and comfortable.

I took two cats with me for an extra charge of 75 Usd Plus a mandatory deposit of 50 USD per night which wasn't mentioned in booking.com. Plus a strange charge for 150 USD which was withdrawn on my 2nd night stay and I objected to, which later turned out to be some bizarre mistake and was refunded and later things finally got sorted out upon check out.

The young lady at the front desk gave exceptional service throughout out stay. She was pleasant and answered all of our questions. The room was lovely. It overlooked a pond and we could see the Chicago skyline. The beds were comfortable.

The room was huge and with two queen beds could have slept 4. However, it had only one uncomfortable desk chair which meant we spent our time in the room sitting on the bed. Additionally, we had requested a handicap accessible room with a walk-in shower. There was none available at check in, only one with only a tub. In spite of having multiple grab bars, my husband was unable to take a shower. He could not climb over the edge of the tub and cannot stand without support to take a shower.

Everything was different and I loved it.

And I don’t know why, but it said that if I was missing a toothbrush and some other stuff in the bathroom, I didn’t see any toothbrush or call me or anything like that, so that was kind of one of the things that I was questioning. I should’ve asked the front desk but I didn’t think much about it.
