The hotel was located near the highway, which was great, but it was also loud at night (no fault of the hotel). The room was spacious, and I loved the big closet space for shoes and clothes. Breakfast was nice. It was great seeing the menu the day before to know what was being offered in the morning.

The elevator was slow. It was a three story building, and it felt like the hotel had 20 floors. The night before checking out, my room key stopped working, and I couldn't get into my hotel room. Both keys didn't work, and I had to go get it fixed at the reception. Even after getting it fixed, it worked once and then stopped again. It was quite troublesome but it was the last night there, so I didn't mind it too much.

It's located in a perfect central location, so it's nice to stay in a clean friendly hotel and know you're coming back to a clean safe base for travel. It's also nice to be greeted and sent off with a friendly employee

We found in August during our first stay that the keys were constantly not working. I was surprised that I had the same problem this time. The manager on duty during check out in August assured us that it was a problem that corporate knew about and was going to correct. Obviously not.

Very tasty, the breakfast selections were tasty and the area was clean and the food was hot.

The room should have had a sofa to sit on, the chair was leather and cold. Body soap was not offered, they had the little soap bar. The hotel should have provided towels and tissue for the weekend stay. The workers didn’t knock on your door to ask if we wanted our room cleaned, or garbage taken out.”

Location of the street where there are no side walks especially when right opposite is the Finley Square Shopping Center. The authorities could request the town planning to have cross walks across the roads

Everything. While this was not my first time staying here, I booked this room last minute because my room prior to this one was absolutely awful. I was booked at another hotel 22 minutes away and when I saw Best Western has a room available, I immediately booked and was not disappointed.

We got a very large King corner suite for an exceptional price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was decent. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. Excellent location.

The room I got wasn't the one that I booked according to the pictures on their website. When I asked about it, I was just told the room I reserved was 'unavailable'. The AC unit cover was broken. Bathtub was unusually shaped and required careful balance when showering with eyes closed. Wish the in room coffee maker and supplies were better.

The location was good. The breakfast in the morning was great! The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.

They should tell you when you arrive, if you want housekeeping you have to request it. Also it is a dog friendly hotel and we love dogs, but it would be better if the hotel required them to be on a leash.

The breakfast was good but at checkout time big as the hotel is, we needed more carts to be able to move your luggage. There was only two carts in that building and that was very beautiful and I did let the manager know so next time aspect to see more carts for luggage you should be

If there was a vending machine and ice machine on every floor. Also the Wi-Fi would work at times and then if you go outside on the property then it doesn’t work.
