The selection at breakfast was great. There were a lot of people so the room across the hall was opened up for people to eat in. We requested no feathers in our pillows and housekeeping brought us foam pillows within the hour. Front desk people were very friendly.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but there was a group of young kids staying on our floor and they were running in the halls very late at night. We called the front desk to let them know. Eventually the kids went into their rooms and it was quiet. Since we requested a king room and had a reservation, I would have thought that they would be sensitive to having a bunch of kids running up and down the hall and put us somewhere else. For our second night, they were all gone so it was quiet.

Great location, very comfortable, spacious room, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Our only complaint was the prices of the drinks, snacks offered. There was no drinking water jug, container in the lobby, as is frequently in hotels for guests. The prices of the bottled water were outrageous; more expensive than at airports! If you are going to charge those prices, you really should provide cold, drinking water in the lobby for your guests. Otherwise, the place was great.

The room was spacious and quite comfortable and the staff extremely accommodating. We had a traffic accident the night before our departure. The manager expressed great concern and offered to delay our checkout time as we negotiated with insurance company, auto repair, car rental, etc. We also appreciated the breakfast--in general a good variety and everything in good supply. Our only complaint is that the buffet line got to be a bit claustrophobic during the weekend.

We found it odd that the bottle of body wash in our shower hadn't been replenished before we arrived. Also, although the room was quite clean overall, there were cobwebs on the light fixture over the bed. Little details, but they can leave an impression.

The layout of the suite was exactly what we wanted and couldn't find anywhere else. The partial wall between the bed and the couch made it easy to share the room, but still have some privacy between the sides. I was travelling with my elderly dad, who needed me at all times, but we didn't want to watch each other sleep. The breakfast was also outstanding, and I enjoyed having the bar available in the evenings.

The biggest issue was the lack of information about providing housekeeping only upon request. When our room wasn't cleaned the first day, I looked for a notice in the room and found nothing. At the end of our five night stay, I finally noticed the sheet of paper posted at the check-in desk explaining the housekeeping policy, but it wasn't pointed out to me when I checked in and we could have used a cleaning. I did pick up extra supplies at the desk as needed. My elderly father also had difficulty maneuvering in the bathroom to close the door. He doesn't specifically need any handicapped services, but it did take some contortions to get into the bathroom and close the door that were difficult for him.

Great breakfast. Wife love the pool and it was excellent that she could have the grandkids over to enjoy it ( only see them every few years). Also , wife left her pillow at motel in previous town. We were very pleased to find each bed had pillows of different firmness. Nice touch!

Power outage one night. Spoke with a gentleman who arrived that night with his very pregnant wife and had to walk up to the 5th floor. Day we checked out one of the two elevators went out during breakfast. Poor little woman stuck on it about 20 minutes ringing bell with no response. Door just happened to open. It was temperamental all previous day.

The size of the room was impressive! and the location perfect. We had one issue with the room and the staff was very helpful in getting us a new room, on the same floor without any issue, and with ease.

The fact that we had to change rooms. Being picky, the facility could use slight renovations, there is some wear and tear that could be gussied up. But otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The rooms were clean and great with a lot of sunlight. The breakfast was good too with lots of options to choose from. The area has a lot of restaurants nearby at walking distances.

TV does not have airplay but does take hdmi connections if you take the cable. We stayed for four nights and got replacement towels from the cleaners when asked but they did not clean the room upon request. I had asked reception to send me towels earlier but they wanted me to bring dirty towels downstairs :S the evening staff at reception was much nicer than the morning one.

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was clean and staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable and heavy curtain closed off almost all of the light outside. Breakfast was very good and replenished quickly even with the hotel being completely booked because of the Chicago Marathon. Ample parking space with decent options for food nearby.

Door/Walls were a bit thin. we could loud conversations in the hallway with kids running around. but the hotel had full occupancy so its probably not very common to have that many guest on a normal day.

It was a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious enough for 4 and clean. Friendly staff, great breakfast. The pool is nice for the fam.

Not much of a complaint, but there was only one working elevator for 6 floors, which became an inconvenience, specifically around breakfast times and checkouts.

Staff members allare personable. We found that they greeted each guest with intentionality and were quickly responsive to guests' needs. They worked to maintain a positive experience even when they had challenges. Our check-in was delayed because of a system-wide computer issue. Yet, all three staff quickly worked around the situation to assure guests were in their rooms while the computer issues were resolved. The staff also very efficiently solved a food service issue for Sunday breakfast. The supply truck had failed to make the delivery the day before. There was not enough food with a hotel full of guests. The manager had checked the food inventory early enough to go purchase what was in short supply locally. When the breakfast server came to work, all was there for her. The guests never knew of the situation. I had been in the lobby to hear of this when the manager updated his morning staff.

It would be nice to have a water and coffee/tea station available 24/7. Other gyests were asking about this later in the day.
