Just about everything except the irritations mentioned in the dislikes. Good reception, good sized room, good room facilities.

No effort to cater for gluten free guest in spite of being advised at time of booking. No butter available at breakfast 2 days running. No jelly available on 2nd day. Breakfast provisions cleared away before end of breakfast period; lightening reactions needed to get toast before bread disappeared !! Disliked breakfast time of 6 am to 9 am; would prefer 7 am to 10 am when on holiday.

It was colorful!! The room were spacious. Very comfortable. Would stay again if passing thur. And would definitely recommend staying. Kids loved the pool but can get a lil crowd at times other wise very nice.

To close highway and Walmart. The pillows were very small for having a king size bed. The air conditioning was starting to not work so well near the end of the stay. The bar down stairs was closed even thou the websites said they were open. One of the reason we chose this location. The staff was so nice. The gentleman that was there all week was so nice. Need more shade in the pool area.

I have stayed at this property at least twice a year for the past 12 years. The staff (except for one person) is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast area is very clean and well stocked with lots of variety. The person working there was very helpful and helped people bring food to the table if they needed help. There is plenty of parking and the location is great. The rooms are comfortable. The internet/ wifi device had been mounted to the underside of the desk, but had fallen off and was dangling by two wires. I thought it was the smoke alarm and told the person at the front desk about it. A maintenance person was knocking on the door within ten minutes and explained what the device was, and got it back under the desk. Overall, the room was neat, though a little dusty in areas. There were plenty of towels and an extra blanket. The heating system worked well and I was able to adjust it easily.

The room was not thoroughly vacuumed; a bobby Pin and an earring backing were on the floor. The bathtub had been painted (why?), and the paint was cracking off the side. The water pressure was weak in the shower. This was tolerable, but the temperature randomly fluctuated from too hot to okay and then very cold. The refrigerator didn't seem very cold so I didn't store anything in it. One front desk person was abrupt at best and treated me as an inconvenience. (I'm easygoing and polite, unlike the portrayal of women in popular videos).

Loved the location. The hotel was connected to both a Chilis and a bar and also had vending for any food or snacking needs. Walmart was within walking distance juat behind the hotel. Everything was close that you would need without the area being too congested. The area was well kept and nice with very friendly people. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable! The temperature, beds, and pillows were perfect! Breakfast was great! Hot and cold options. We would definitely stay here again!

We had to be patient and wait quite a few minutes before anyone came to check us in, but we are patient people so that really was no big deal to us.

The location is absolutely phenomenal. It’s outside of the city, but right in the middle of a very safe town, surrounded by every kind of store if you have any need. The food locations nearby are excellent for families. The breakfast was very delicious and a wide selection. The view from the balcony was a favorite of my kids. The pool is closed while we were there because of the season however, it looks like a very decently sized pool and I would love to come visit in the summer. I definitely plan on coming back.

The only hang up is I’m a stickler for staying sheets. There were (what I would consider) very visible stains on the bed blankets. It wasn’t exactly gross, but I don’t like stains. Other than that it was decently clean.

The breakfast attendant did a solid good job with what she was given. The room was clean and quiet as desired, The hvac worked as designed. The room had 1 luggage caddy. The fridge worked as designed. The GM greeted us with a great sense of humor and friendly personality.

The staff was very professional and pleasant from the time I checked in until the time I checked out! Andrea was awesome about correcting my problem, which I thought was no how water in my room , but I was not turning the knob correctly LOL but she was outstanding of resolving the problem. Also the room attended she was so nice of assisting me with the bathtub knob and I believe her name was Paula it was her birthday:-) The breakfast attended was very nice, and I made sure everything was fresh and hot , She's from Chicago :) I will be back next summer!

Gladys was awesome, the check in was great! Rooms were quiet. Plenty of towels ect. Nice having the sliding door to just walk out like that. All the staff were super nice.

The only thing that was bad was the mattress. We had a long drive to get there and a long day ahead of us, so a good night sleep was really needed. The mattress was awfully hard and worn like it was 100yrs old. We slept on and off through the night maybe 3hrs so that was icky.

Price and staff. We were looking for a way to cut usual hotel costs enough to stay 2 nights instead of 1, really just needing a comfortable place to sleep and shower. This exceeded our expectations.

Clientele. Staff did everything possible to ensure our stay was comfortable. But first assigned room on our return home the people in next room were loud and when they realized we were in the room tried to get through the adjoining door. And - whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke. A room on a different floor resolved everything, thanks very much to the front desk staff.

The front desk gentleman was friendly and fast. This was our second stay. We stayed previously for 3 nights. No true complaints location good price good. Wish coffee was all hours maybe ? Chilis is good that's a reason we stay.

The elevator was slow. only 1 was working. The vending machine for coke was 5 dollars, but we noticed Pepsi was 3 only after we had already got the coke. Breakfast was ok. Enough selection
