Breakfast was wonderful with a small but nice verity my kids loved the pancakes!

When requesting the family suite and coming from out of town for specifically the cardinals games I wish there were 2 cardinals themed bedspreads so my little who slept on the pull out couch could have also felt like he had a special night at a “cardinals” hotel

The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially since we checked in so late. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

There was nothing that we didn't like, however you could tell that the building was a little older and could use a few updates. The breakfast was wonderful, but the area to set in was cramped.

Breakfast was amazing. The pancake maker was fantastic.

Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. One of the two sinks would not drain and could not be used. The shower curtain was so flimsy that the bathroom floor got flooded every time we took a shower. For two nights with a hot tub, shower, and two sinks there were not nearly enough linens in the room. Full kitchenette with full size fridge but 2 tiny trash cans in room with the tiniest trash bags ever. Only held a few items. There were no extra trash bags in the room so we had to pile trash up on our counter to wait for housekeeping because we didn’t want to go to the front desk in the middle of the night. Needs bigger trash cans with extra bags in the bottom.

Mary the front desk manager was exceptional. She helped us out many times. Also the rest of the staff were great and never stopped working. You've got a great crew here.

Only one employee did not pull his weight. A young black man who cleaned the rooms. Never saw him working during our 3 day stay. Did not give me much confidence that my room was actually cleaned.

I liked the option of a family suite and how it was set up

The room smelled fishy when we first arrived. The AC seemed to run continuously but didn't actually cool the room to the desired temp until about 4 in the morning.

The breakfast was extremely good. We were very surprised by the cheese omelets that were available...and very pleased by them.

There was no scenery to enjoy at the location, but other than that it was a very nice stay.

I wanted to book a nicer hotel room that was close to my family - and as it ended up, I was less than 7 minutes away. The room was had a pleasant scent after being cleaned while we were out. Very clean and orderly.

The room was in need of a bit of work. There had been patching done, but it looks like it was temporary until the room could get the attention it requires. Not big deal, but it certainly lowers expectations.

My wife and I live about 50 minutes south of the St Louis area. We stay at this particular Holiday Inn pretty much anytime we travel near the city. Friendly staff, great location and clean rooms!

Room was clean. Staff was extremely friendly. Just about everything.

The breakfast had a good selection. However some of the items and been sitting under a heat lamp, unprotected, and they had dried out. I hollowed the biscuit out of the center with gravy. Couldn't get a fork in the cinnamon roll. It was so dry layers were flaking away from the roll.

They have soy options available at breakfast. The mirror fell off the wall and they were so friendly and made it right. The breakfast area remained stalked and clean!

The mirror did fall of the wall almost hitting my toddler son.
