The staff overall was courteous and polite and always Available for any assistance needed

The elevator is old and outdated they just painted and the television in the room was too small and didn’t work for me half of the time and the refrigerator was not working properly

Location is great! The hotel is clean and inviting. We had a wonderful room with a beautiful view of autumn trees and Crocket Creek. The staff was exceptional. When we arrived, our King room had been mysteriously changed to a room with two double beds. Carla simply said, "Sorry about that" and switched us back to a King room. We had asked for a microwave, which had already been put into the double room. But within minutes, a porter brought a microwave to our room. Great service! Thanks to all!

It would be nice to have a clearer sign on North Avenue (64) for the entrance to the hotel—and arrows or sign pointing to the road at the edge of the parking lot that leads to the hotel.

The room was really clean. All the staff including the cleaning staff were super helpful. The location perfect and close to where we needed to go. They allowed door dash to deliver which was really helpful!

There was a bistro, weight room, pool, and jacuzzi for amenities. 2 out of 4 of those amenities were out of order. There wasn't much to do at the hotel. The air conditioner was really loud as well.

I like the fact that staff is for the most part helpful. The morning staff ehhhh not so much

So we had to change out rooms due to a loud noise above us , it sounded like a pipe issue that couldn't be ignored. Our next room was dimly lit. The place could use more lights. We felt very dark in there. Also no room is exactly like. You may have a large TV in sitting area and in the next room a small TV in the sitting area. I was in room 201 with the sound issue and room 601 for the dimly lit candlelight vigil.

I like staying out of the main city when I go to Chicago so I can find a cheaper rate, and this hotel was perfect! A great rate, and nice and clean rooms. Comfy beds too!

Some of the guests ran thru the hallway late at night - can’t obviously control that, but wished it wouldn’t of happened.

The staff was so friendly it was refreshing and was pleasantly surprised with their egg sandwich. Loves how quiet it was didn’t hear outside noise from my room.

The hospitality by ever member of your staff was very kind, especially Anthony who gave me a menu of a pizza place that was open till 4a when I just felt like something at about midnight. 10 minutes later a personal sized pizza was delivered. Anthony seemed to have vast knowledge of anything I inquired about.

I am sure I could come up with something but I am not super picky, nice clean room and someone who could care for my needs and questions and I am happy.

It was nice and cozy

The rooms were very nice but it could be updated by putting in some charging ports for your cellphones. I for got my charger and only had the cords but there was no where to plug in

I liked the egg white breakfast sandwich. It was located in the main lobby. The server was nice.

When I booked on Booking.com it said breakfast was included in the rate. It was not! There is no free breakfast option at this location. The Starbucks coffee was $3 and they only had small cups. Way too expensive for a small amount of food and coffee.

It is a really nice hotel, location was better when we got used to it, we could even use our bikes to get to the Elmhurst trainstation and we were in 30-45 min in downtown Chicago.

The room was not serviced when we were there for 3 days, no clean towels etc.
