The staff was fantastic, they treated me and my three kids so wonderfully. The mid/late shift gentleman was very kind and chatted with us about each day’s adventure. (Stayed the week) Breakfast every morning was something to look forward to before starting our day. My kids loved the pool, as well as myself after a long day. The rooms were clean, good sized and the beds were so nice to sink into after a long adventurous day! If/when I visit Chicago again, I will 100% choose this location for my stay!

Water pressure wasn’t fantastic, but honestly that didn’t even bother me that much. Everything was fantastic during our stay.

loved the location! they had a nice smoking area and it was very quiet and peaceful at night. they had a patio by the pool with grills we discovered the last day we were there but now we know for next time. The rooms were decent and clean!!

The bed was uncomfortable as it was really hard for me.. the hot tub wasn’t very full so the jets were splashing all over and it was only like warm… could be much hotter and was yellowish water like kids had been peeing in it..

The room and the beds were great. Breakfast was good to keeping in mind the price paid.

The elevator, the lobby near the elevator and the pool entrace across was dirty and water everywhere. Looked gross and had very bad impression as we were headi g our room on the third floor. Also, finding it was a problem as there was no sign on the side of the road.

Gal behind desk was very helpful. Easy check in.....nice room/facilities.

The phone number I had for calling the shuttle was seldom picked up...after MANY rings got a recording: the number you are trying to reach has not been set up with voicemail. So no easy way to contact. Took many many many phone calls (i was trying, husband trying (he was back home), daughter tried (she finally reached, also back home), Once it came he was very nice as was the driver t his morning. but the CONTACT was very difficult and stressful, at 10pm.

I loved the staff and how clean everything was. Breakfast was great and the checkout was great. Didn’t get to use the pool because we got there too late and they have pool ours from 8 am to 11pm. Still we got there way too late. But looked awesome and inviting.

The shower head was old and needed more pressure or new one as it did through enough water

The room was well equipped in a modern style, comfortable and the size was good. The bed was very cosy.

We arrived by airport shuttle and wanted to leave with the shuttle again the next morning very early. Unfortunately we have not been informed that the shuttle leaves at the neighbor hotel. So we have missed the shuttle at the time planned and had to wait at the neighbor hotel for the next one... :-( . The communication was not working good.

Staff was very helpful. Very nice and offered a really good bkfst. Pool was clean n temp set perfect.

Housekeeping had language barrier. Hard to understand and they wouldn't clean the room while we were there so we left n came back still never vacumed or take trash out. We took it out ourselfs and got own towels

Loved the nice firm bed. The hot tub and pool was open and were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed only had a very thin cover...no blanket or quilt....it was chilly and I don't like to have heat on in the room...prefer to just cover up. Ice machine on the upper floor was not working. Overall look and feel was a bit dated.

Very good hotel a short stay or an overnight layover. Just 20 minutes ride from the O'Hare Chicago Airport. very polite and helpful staff. Very communicative and ready to help with everything we needed.

Everything was fine, Nice Hotel. Nothing to mention in particular. Maybe it is a bit far from the Airport but compared with other hotels close to the Chicago Airport very expensive ones , the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson has excellent room rates. It is just 20 minutes ride by Uber or Taxi.
