Location was good. Easy to find & easy accessibility. Around a lot of places to eat & shop. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast amenities were good.

The main lobby area had a very strong air/carpet freshner smell almost overwhelming. My room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. There was a wet dirty wash cloth hanging on my shower curtain rod in the bathroom.

Lucky we didn't have bed bugs that we know of unlike my Aunts room.

BED BUGS were pitiful !!!! My Aunts room was infested by them they took video pics and had to leave at 3:00 am for a long trying ride back home. Very unsafe and UNSATISFIED.

Very friendly staff... Business Trip and the conference room was awesome.

Family down the hall allowed the kids to run up and down the hall. Same kids at breakfast pushed adults out of the way and left ridiculous amounts of food on plates up and down the hall. This was NOT the facilities problem... the children were out of control and parents were allowing.

Good location with easy access from main part of town. The area was quiet but convenient. Staff were excellent. All were friendly, helpful, polite, eager to please their guests. The facility was exceptionally clean.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The staff was nice and the hotel was located in the heart of Highland. Parking was ample and we had a great stay!

Staff didn't tell didn't tell me about early check in fees till I was already charged the ac wasn't working the best so had to go buy a fan.

The keyless entry. Always had hands full. therefore had to lay everything down to access my phone. Very inconvenient.

A large room for a very reasonable price.

Bathroom needs work, faucet is definitely overdue to be replaced. Water came gushing out or just a trickle.

Lovely hotel with warm lighting and old world style. Suites have heaps of space, comfy beds and a pull out sofa which suited us perfectly.

Location, comfortable bed, great coffee... The location was great for my needs. Your bed was very comfortable so I could sleep well. Your coffee was excellent.

The first night I could not get the lights next to the bed to work... It was rather confusing, some of the lights in the room work by pushing the buttons other lights work by turning the button. Also, the TV was having satellite problems on the major channels NBC, ABC, etc.
