I have stayed here before, I like the location. I was disappointed the hot tub was not working. There are right by Rural King which I like to shop at. Good restaurants close by. And if you need car repair like I did this trip they have a Good year place right across the street. They fixed my tire and got me on the road fast and at a fair price. I didn't get to try the breakfast was too busy trying to get my tire fixed.

The hot tub troubles, but it turned out I didn't have time to use it anyway.

Location good. Not happy with breakfast. Sausage patties too greasy and no other meat offerings. Why no eggs? Scrambled? Suggest you have items that those of us who have dietary issues, (dairy free) can also partake in breakfast.

Other than breakfast, I wast satisfied overall.

The breakfast was very good and warm and selections were great. A lot of places the food is cold.

It’s just warm in the hallways. They’re very warm and it took a while for the room to cool down even though the temperatures were over 80°. But the hallway should be at least cooler than what they were.

The bed was EXCELLENT I'd love to have one at home. The lighting was ok. The food was not good!! The orange juice and Apple juice were either bad or watered down. The sausage made me sick!! We partly chose this hotel because of the breakfast so we did not have to eat some where else, but instead had to wait for my stomach to feel better in order to finish our travels.

The front desk staff was/is awesome!! We rented 2 rooms and we had pets. We asked to be on the first floor and close to the exit door. We emailed with the front desk the day before and they assured us that we could have first floor rooms close to the door *and* close to each other. That was awesome! No worrying about arriving early to get a room assigned before the first floor was (perhaps) gone. The lady at check-in could not have been more welcoming!! Our room assignments were as requested. She gave us some great recommendations for restaurant options. Again, just a great friendly lady.

There is only one thing to mention here. In room 102, I sat in the desk chair and nearly fell over backwards. Not sure if it is broken or just needs adjustment. It would be bad it someone really fell over backwards and got hurt.

We were there for my father’s funeral and they were amazing. My brother lost his money clip with a large amount of cash in it and the desk attendant found it and returned it to him. We will be back!

Clean and inviting I side and out! Nice landscaping along with benches outside👍🏻the colors are inviting, carpet inside looks newer NO smells ! Rooms are clean accommodating good location to everything

The location is easy to get to and there are plenty of places to eat. They have a breakfast...but for the hearty eaters there is a Denny's next door.The staff are friendly and eager to help with any problems you might have.

I have no issues at all.

Staff was accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were excellent and the mattress comfortable.

The breakfast assortment is good, but the taste of the eggs and sausage is poor. Sadly they are the only protein offering on the buffet.

The room was a great size, we traveled with our child and he had plenty of room to play and lots of space for our stuff. It was pretty quiet on our floor of the hotel. It was near restaraunts and shopping.

Furniture looked a bit worn. We were initially checked into a room already occupied due to poor communication among staff. There was smoking in a smoke free hotel. None of the Staff were wearing masks despite mask required signs everywhere.
