Breakfast was good. the pancakes where delicious, but no other hot breakfast selections. There was a wide selection of fresh fruit, cereal, Danishes, Juice and coffee. None of my family left hungry. We traveled to this hotel for my mothers 80th birthday party. The party room was nice and clean. the staff was accommodating. We spent two nights total at the hotel and rented 3 rooms. The beds where comfortable rooms where clean. The staff was exceptional! My mother is newly diagnosed with dementia. Her room was above the front desk. The staff helped watch that she did not wonder off in the middle of the night. The owner changer our room to be closer to hers. And allowed us to use refrigerator space to store food for the party. They made our experience all that we could wish for!

I would have likes hot eggs for breakfast..

The room was nice and had everything we needed.

Being on the second floor without an elevator for two days and the door to the room was VERY difficult to open. The shower was a mess, it literally leaked all over the floor and the shower head plumbing was leaking whenever you used the shower, it spayed all over the place.

I did not have breakfast there. Also the location was perfect as to where I was going

There was nothing that I didn't like. Actually, the thing I am not like that I have to write 2 more sentences right now. I can't get a smiley face, no matter how much I write

Very clean, smell wonderful .

It didn’t have the soap,shampoo and conditioner hook in the bathroom shower. We have stayed in many hotels and it was there. The small bar soap was terrible. That really need to be upgraded.

It was well kept and quiet

They were very strict about the eating area, I was still after breakfast, on a call and a lady asked me to get up and move because breakfast was closed. Mind you the dining area and lobby is divided by a single rope

Room was good and clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking lot is very well lite.

Pillows could be thicker. Didn't like the fact that you had to walk across the room to turn on the jacuzzi tub. Needs to be closer along with the light switch.

The room was very spacious and comfortable! Definitely recommend. I’m very glad I chose this hotel, it was my first time but I would go and book again.

I honestly felt everything was great! I have no complaint at this time. Thank you.

I like that there was coffee in the lobby everyday

the smoke alarm on the entire building went off and work us from our sleep and I thought it was just our alarm in our room and called the front desk to ask about it and she asked me if I was smoking and I said no I was sleeping and then she immediately told me they were going off in the entire building. I didn’t appreciate the accusation. otherwise everything was fine.

Very clean and the staff was super nice, great breakfast. Restaurant within walking distance.

Needs shower liners

I like everything about this hotel, but the Jacuzzi in the room was excellent! The hotel smells so good ,and its so clean.

That it was far away from Airport and downtown Chicago
