We stay here at least a couple times a summer. It has become a place we can always count on for being just like we remembered. If that makes sense.

It's not unique to this hotel but just let the air conditioner run at night. Waking up to it being hot as the gates is annoying.

We stay here at least a couple times of year. It's clean and quiet. The staff is always wonderful. The breakfast is pretty good for what it is. It's located close to everything you could need.

The one thing I don't like is pretty common to most hotels so it's almost not worth mentioning but the air conditioning could be better. It's like the frequency it comes on is tied to movement in the room.

The room was large and very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good and the pool was nice for a quick swim. I don't remember his name but the young man that checked us in was very friendly and helpful

The walls are thin and you hear everything in the adjoining rooms, we had kids above us jumping off beds until about midnight so we had to call the front desk and I thank them for taking care of the problem right away.. parents please have respect for other guest and don't have your kids screaming, jumping off beds, or running in the hallways.

The breakfast had a wide variety of foods on offer but some was a bit bland. However the friendly staff and service more than made up for it. We also loved the bath soaps dispenser in the shower.

The outer edge of the parking lot was littered with alcoholic beverage containers. The only available laundry soap on hand during our stay was Tide, which I am mildly allergic to, so a small variety would have been nice. Also the laundry room was dirty.

The room had everything we needed --- comfortable beds, Keurig, mini fridge, microwave, toiletries --- and the space was clean. I appreciated the desk and space for luggage.

The only thing I can think of that was negative was the heater fan. Every time it turned off it squealed. Otherwise, no complaints!

There were a few issues in the room. The bathroom floors were dirty, the shade on the window was totem in two places and there were no curtain to close at night to block lights from the street

Great location and loved that breakfast was served a little later than other hotels.

Our bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair all over the floor. They should also try to do something with that roll-in shower. I understand it's for those in a wheelchair,but so much water leaks out that an able-bodied person is going to end up needing a wheelchair when they fall and break they're neck.

BREAKFAST AND staff were great. Nice to be treated like a human in a hotel again.

there were no carts for luggage when we arrived at 6pm and when we left at 9am. there were 5 of us. all anyone would say is someone must have it in there room. very annoying.

We love the hotel everyone is friendly and they have a very nice breakfast each morning.

The bathroom floors were dirty, they needed mopped. The room floors could have been sweep a little better and the bath tub area was a little dirty. I always wipe the shower and bathtub down after showering and I did it there to... the rag was dirty when I finished.
