Beautifully decorated and very clean. The shower was huge. Feels like you are in a very expensive hotel but at a reasonable rate. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is complimentary parking, but you have to be lucky to find an open spot.

Google Maps takes you to the back of the hotel. It is difficult to find the entrance to the front of the hotel. Breakfast is offered as a room service meal and was overcooked. This charge is added to your bill. There is no other option for breakfast unless you leave the hotel.

The location! My favorite area in Carmel.

Shampoo the carpets in the room. Our room had rather large spots most likely from drinks spilled, on one section of the floor, between the bed and wall entertainment/shelved area. Made me think the whole floor was dirty! Fine hotels would have had that cleaned!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent within Carmel.

Everything promised was delivered. If I had to suggest something that would make the place even better, it would be a pool or a jacuzzi. BTW, the gym is excellent.

Great location, next to the Performing Arts Center. I was in town for the Natalie Merchant concert.

No food service, even in the bar, after 10:00. So, concert attendees were unable to get even a bite.

The breakfast was outstanding had it 3 mornings While there. The location was great . We loved that the trail was right there.

We did not have breakfast. The location is beautiful and loved the walking distance to so many fantastic spots.

The food at Vivante was sub par. I had the chicken and Risotto. I love risotto. My husband makes it very well. Though it’s labor intensive and a labor of love this was not. It had no flavor and the chicken was only a few bites. They were out of several other entrees we ordered. The filet was a good cut of meat but the demi glacé could ha e been better. The cauliflower was atheistically pleasing but flavorless. The restaurant was beautiful and our server was lovely as well as the bartender. We tried to order the same bottle at dinner of the glass we had at the bar but they were out of that as well. Also, the piano seemed swanky and fun but we couldn’t hear a thing the acoustics are challenging with the live music. We loved the hotel and we will return but we will eat and drink elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, easy valet getting our car each time. Location was easy to get in and out. Walking around was easy, as well. Love the area, beautiful and clean. Glad they were able to allow us to check in to the hotel earlier.

We had drinks, very high priced, but very good mixologist and atmosphere, so well worth it. Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner for six at Vivante and all of us were well served with excellent food and wine.

Can't think of anything we didn't like. It was wonderful that the Hotel and most of Carmel has free nearby parking making it easy to get in and out as needed. Being on the Monon Trail was fun and convenient.

Great location and clean hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and responsive to any need. The afternoon coats in the lounge was fun as well.

There were a few things missing off the walls which made the hallways look a little trashy. The fitness center was a tad on the small side.
