Breakfast was great on day of solar eclipse. Fajitas! Food was great and staff kept up with demand. Assistant property manager made sure supply of food/drink kept up with demand. We received goody bags with moon pies and sun chips when we checked in, a nice touch. Also, the office “park” where the hotel is located had beautiful grounds including a walking path around a lake, and a party area with a band, food trucks, games etc for those on the grounds. Glad we picked Springhill Suites for our eclipse event! Great seating areas to hang out/play games with extended family.

Everything was great! Kudos to the staff for making it extra fun/special.

The hotel is lovely and the room really comfortable. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. This was perhaps the best room we had while being in the States. Shame the weather was not good as I really wanted to take a walk about the lake.

I would have given a 10 if it were not for the rude receptionist who was busy taking a private call and could not be bothered to answer me about an umbrella which they did not have. Plus, while the breakfast was nice as well as staff, I can't believe in a Marriot you get paper plates and even worse PLASTIC cutlery for cutlery.

This location is in what seemed to be something of an office park area, but was actually also near green space with a pond, and this location accepts pets. It would be a good choice for pet parents. It is also located close to a large upscale mall for shopping, Starbucks, Sweetgreen, etc. Staff was friendly and attentive. Ample lobby seating and outdoor seating as well.

We had to go down to the front desk to pick up linens for the sofa bed because they were understaffed and overwhelmed by a teen soccer tournament contingent checking in. Breakfast selection was pretty basic.

I enjoy the whole atmosphere of t the money as soon as the hotel and the people all laugh talk happy stuff kids were there on sports it's always good to see happy kids and doing things to boost their future... All the front desk worker greeted you with a smile the the engineer guy simios nice guy and took care of him business and smiling every time I seen him overall I had a very relaxing content stay

I hate it. The location too many roundabouts where I come from. They don't have them and I kept getting lost at the lost after loss

Really loved the space altogether. The room was nice, though the television being one when we entered was a bit off-putting, and it was a sort of blocking a pathway into the room. The bathroom was well-appointed, but oddly laid out, as well, the sliding door, thought fashionable, illuminated the rest of the room when someone turned on the light, waking a light sleeper if someone needed to use the facilities during the night. Breakfast was good, but the space was messy and, again, oddly laid out, by the time we got there. As well, there was no one clearly available to ask any questions about the foods and we were lucky to find a sunflower seed in an item before it was eaten as there is a deadly allergy to them in our group.

The breakfast every morning was incredible! They have Several options toppings for the waffles fresh fruit, etc! Plus the hotel itself was very clean and hosted some kind of reception at their bar in the evening great atmosphere to socialize and just relax! Room was clean and very comfortable bed spacious loved the trundle beds.

I had no dislikes about the stay!

I absolutely loved this hotel suite. I plan to return for another solo trip, just to get away. The room was very nice, and spacious. I’m surprised at the price. Only because the room is so nice and the price was reasonable. The location was perfect, as you are near many attractions, and getting downtown was easy. The pool is indoor. I believe it says outdoor in the description. Overall, I cannot wait to return. Also, there is a bar and the lobby is also very nice and spacious. Great place to stay! Definitely recommend.

The breakfast was great! There was a wide variety of options and the food was tasty. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job at cleaning and making my room comfortable.

A water bottle filling station would have been appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

Just needed a place for an overnight during road trip home. Solid choice if you can get it at a reasonable rate (prices jump around a lot). Located in a nice area, easy parking and there is a restaurant right across the parking lot. Fast, friendly check in with staff. Very comfy bed, great shower, very clean. Ice machine on floor, fridge and microwave as described. Minimal noise from neighbors. The lobby has plenty of seating and hotel bar was open (yay!) but I fell asleep (boo!). Did not take advantage of the gym or breakfast so can't comment on that.

Flat pillows, poor lighting, cheap toilet paper, lack of bedside plugs, and HVAC that blows directly on bed with no way to adjust vents prevented this from being a better stay, but I would stay again.

It was clean, location is nice, staff was very nice, free breakfast, and modern looking room as well!

The size of the room seemed a tad small. The shower didn't have that much water pressure. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust vent so when me or my lady took a crap the room smelt like hell for 10 minutes 🤣😞
