Location was great! Hotel is nicely updated. Room was clean, mattress was comfortable bathroom was nice and big. Restaurant and bar were great. The breakfast voucher was perfect.

Room 305 had 2 small, frosted windows and no windows to see outside so it felt sort of closed in. Also, our wall backed to the elevators. It wasn’t horribly loud but you could hear it every time it moved. No bathroom fan.

Very comfortable beds, a great shower area and a beautiful bathroom! We were very impressed! And a great bar down in the lobby! Also, liked the parking garage in the back, very convenient! The location was perfect for our visit to downtown Elkhart! Thank you very much!!

The only change I would suggest is to add a lamp or overhead light to the room. The room is so spacious, it needs more light. One more thing, the towel hook outside the shower should be on the side that the shower door is on. The way it is now, in Rm 606, requires you to step out of the shower to reach a towel which is slightly inconvenient.

-Breakfast should not cost 16 for basic buffet - there should a a few complimentary options to those with rooms (even if it’s just a granola bar) -Entryway of the hotel lacked character and a welcoming design -lack of vending machines on various floors

The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. We had a small problem with our original room that they couldn't fix and they immediately put us in another room and offered to help us move and gave us vouchers for breakfast the next morning! Excellent customer service and very friendly people! Breakfast ended up being wonderful also. Thank you so much. The girl working at the bar/restaurant downstairs was awesome too. Super friendly!

The live tv channels you get aren't too many but we werent in the room that much so it really didn't matter.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially when the room we requested was not the same that they had in the system, they very nicely upgraded us. The roof top, the bar, and the cafe/restaurant were all amazing.

Not sure about if it’s booking.com or the hotel, but please don’t over book rooms and just expect that smaller but more beds is acceptable. Restaurants were not open on Sunday more than breakfast/brunch. Wanted to try out the restaurant/bar on Sunday but we’re not able. And no other restaurants in the downtown area were open.

We really liked Room 501. This spacious corner room was exceptional. We hope to get that room or similar again.

We were disappointed the Rooftop Bar closed at 10pm and we arrived just after 10pm. The next night the Rooftop Bar was closed due to a private party. That bar is a special feature of the hotel and we wanted to share it with the others we were travelling with.

Great staff. Restaurants and bars have great food and service. Staff even gave us bereavement cards after we said we were in town for a funeral. Very thoughtful!

A place this nice should offer some room service at least for the breakfast hour.

front desk was so sweet and informative. i was traveling with my daughter for a cheer competition she even gave her some cookies as a snack. i wish i remembered her name but thank you for being so kind

I could not be more impressed with my stay. I booked with Booking.com and added in the extra box, "It is our wedding night." Hotel Elkhart, you went ABOVE and beyond! Our room was upgraded and included some snacks, champagne, and a lovely card. I am so so thankful you made my wedding night so special. My husband loved it too. We will be back! Thank you again!!!
