This hotel is a gem with amazing value for the price. We had our family reunion this year in this location and we were all so pleased with the staff's quick response to our needs. The pool was great. The hot tub is not in operation, but we had plenty of towels in the pool room. Breakfast was amazing with loads of space for all of us. We had fun hanging out in the gazebo in the front of the hotel. The lobby area is beautiful. This location is right off the toll road and easy to get to. Cracker Barrel and Perkins within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel. You will be treated well.

The drier wasn't working, but they dried my clothes for me!

Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. Coffee was above average for a hotel. A nice surprise!

Breakfast was just okay. The unseasoned scrambled eggs likely had dairy added. While it makes the eggs fluffy, it renders them flavorless. In contrast, sausage patties were delicious. Their breakfast won't wow you, but it does the trick.

The property is located directly off the Indiana Turnpike and situated on what seems to be the main drag in Elkhart. It sits amongst a large variety of restaurants, big box stores, and other businesses. The staff were very personable and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. The first thing I do upon entering a new hotel room is take a Lysol wipe on all the handles, switches, and surfaces. My wipe showed no trace of any dirt or missed cleaning.

All the staff was very nice.

The pool is very cold. They said it was 85° but it wasn’t. I feel like it was the couple that went in there when I was in there I have to use Paul for therapy. They were there for 10 minutes and left it was too cold for them to stay. Unfortunately I had to do that like I said I need physical therapy.

Nice and clean. The breakfast is good. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet.

Housekeeping kept knocking on the door and actually opened the door once and started coming in when we were in the room. We could hear them tapping their cards on everyone’s doors. It was very annoying.

Great bed and pillows. Quiet night.

I stopped at the interstate rest stop/Sunoco station to use the Booking.com app to find someplace to stay. From there, I had to go 6 miles further west to turn around & return, because the Comfort Inn was 2 miles behind me! Not much Booking can do about that; I will remember

Location just off the Interstate was great. The receptionist was very kind, welcoming, & helpful. The room was large with a nice sitting area & a large excellent tv. There was a refrigerator, a microwave, & a coffee maker.

Breakfast was adequate, no surprises there.

Comfortable suite and good breakfast. Liked the 4 small waffles in the waffle maker, nice to share with wife. Quiet even though it was a ND football weekend.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean and well cared for. They had both hot and cold choices for breakfast. Staff was super friendly.

Pool was cloudy. We used it anyway. Hot tub was not working and was starting to smell. I requested adjoining rooms but only got adjacent. Which was ok but not ideal. They showed effort to accommodate all of us.

They accommodated my request for a ground floor room. When the AC in that room wasn’t working properly, they moved me right away. They were very helpful!
