Loved the room, especially the bathroom with the large walk in shower. Housekeeping was friendly and very helpful when needed. Staff cleaned many areas of the hotel to sanitize heavy hand and foot traffic. Breakfast had a variety of choices to accommodate most appetites. The general feel was cleanliness and efficiency.

Pool was a concern due to open electrical sockets on every wall surrounding the pool area, exceptionally close to the water and walk way around the pool. Outside of pool area trash remained stuck between the window and outside shrubs. I stayed 6 days and the trash never was removed. The back door area had multiple cigarette butts by the door, yet a receptacle for the butts was put behind the trash area, unusable to those who stood by the door to smoke. I am a former smoker and this bothered me to see the receptacle out of proper use.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice TVs. Clean room and bathroom. Nice bathroom features. Coffee and hot tea available in lobby 24 hours. Breakfast was available for plenty of time to accommodate everyone and had good variety. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. Room was ready early and I was able to check in even before expected. That was the best!!

Walls were thin - I heard neighbors and hallway noise until late in the night and early in the morning - kept me up and woke me up. Pillows on sofa and bed were very flat. The coffee machine in the room did not work. The shower had extremely light water pressure. I’m also not sure the deadbolt on the door worked correctly. It never clicked into place - seemed to not go all the way into the doorframe.

1. The breakfast was great. Friendly staff worked like crazy to ensure everything was well-stocked. They even had oat milk. 2. Super clean and newish facilities. Keurig coffee maker instead of those pods that make weak coffee. Nice lobby area and dining area. Friendly staff.

My room had a strange smell. It wasn't just my room. Everyone in my family noticed the same smell. I sprayed lavender spray on the bed to mask it. It wasn't horrible, just a stale kind of body odor smell. No other way to describe it.

Breakfast was great - the service attendant at the kitchen was probably the best I've seen at any hotel staying on top of everything and constantly in motion to make sure the breakfast experience to be fantastic. If she was not restocking food , she was out cleaning the tables and floor space right away. On our way of being finished we stopped by her to let her know what a great job she was doing and very much appreciated!

Arrived late and did not stay for breakfast as we had to continue our journey. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Had a very good night. Lovely big shower with excellent water pressure.

Minor item, the net curtains were torn making the otherwise lovely room look a bit shabby. Very bright lights outside the room, but blackout curtains helped.

I liked everything about this property. It is an outstanding accommodation! The staff was very friendly at check in and check out and the breakfast was great. First time staying at a Fairfield…usually stay at a Hampton. Fairfield was quite the shock of how better maintained and better quality than the Hampton next door to this property. I will now always stay at this Fairfield instead. I had an excellent stay. Thank you

It was so accessible and clean - LOVED the shower! The waitstaff (especially the front desk) was amazing with wonderful customer service!

Can't be helped, but it's close to subdivision / neighborhood and one evening there were several activated police vehicles outside a home and I was woke up by lights.

The hotel was extremely clean , bed comfortable and quiet. Breakfast area was spacious ,well stocked & organized . The oatmeal with all the extra toppings was great! Many choices for different tastes. Staff attentive and friendly.

The room was very dry-

Great location! Close enough to the city to get there in a good amount of time. Close to many restaurants and some shopping. Perfect for our trip.

The lot was still very snowy from the weeks weather. Didn't appear to have been plowed or treated. May not have been safe for some.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff and other guests were friendly.

Took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood, some had run down houses. Not too bad but not the nicest area to feel safe on a walk.
