It was good. There was a good variety of items for breakfast from cold or hot cereal to egg or waffle choices. Some of the breakfast sandwiches had been under the heat elements long enough that the top crusts were quite crusty, and sometimes the staff had to be notified that they were out of certain items, but it was an extremely busy time, with sold out capacity due to the solar eclipse stays.

It might have been nice to have a little variety in the breakfast options, because they were the same every day, and we stayed for 5 days. Overall, it was a nice facility and I would stay there again.

EVERYTHING! This location was very clean, and has spacious rooms. The large windows and huge bathroom are a definite plus. The staff was nice and very helpful when I lost my key. I will be staying at this location again.

The guests and some staff had a tendency of just staring at me and looking away when I decided to look at them. I don’t know if they aren’t used to seeing POC but it was very rude and unsettling for me as a woman traveling.

The hotel was very nice. Very clean. The pool was nice, the breakfast was great with a large variety to choose from. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious.

We had a huge issue at check in. They couldn't find my reservation. Told me that I'd have to work it out with booking.com. I spent over an hour on the phone with booking.com and had to talk to 3 different people, all to find out that the hotel did in fact have my reservation, they just had my name reversed on the list so they couldn't find me. I feel like if they had maybe put a little more effort into looking for me, it would have saved me a ton of time and stress. Between the front desk and booking.com, I spent over 2 hours in the lobby of the hotel, trying to figure out why no one had my reservation. Once it was figured out, they were very nice and accommodating.

good location, room layout worked perfectly for 2 adults and a teenager (king suite with pullout sofa and the divider gave our teenager some privacy), and most importantly it was very clean! front staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. we asked the front staff for bedding for the pullout sofa (they don’t keep in the rooms) but we didn’t have a problem getting what we needed for it. plus we asked for another bath towel, no problem! the staff even recommended what we should door dash for lunch and it was yums! the pool was clean and plenty of towels. it was just the right hotel for us!

We loved the room and the layout! Breakfast was good, especially since we stayed on weekdays and the staff were excellent! Our toddler slept well in the couch area when we pulled the curtain out.

The pool was small and cold which was difficult with our toddler. We also wished the curtain between the bed and the couch was thicker so you couldn't see through it and we could leave a light on without bothering someone on the other side. I also can't get used to the "barn door" trend on bathrooms...

Everything was great! From an exceptional early check in experience to the amenities of the pool, workout room & the comfort of the room. The decor was cute & the beds were comfy. The check out process was simple and refreshing after a fantastic stay!

The bathroom door! It was cute, but traveling with littles, we needed to be able to lock the door, so littles weren’t busting in on people!

The room was a nice size for our family and the beds were very comfortable. The area seemed to be very safe from what I could tell. The free breakfast was good. There were many options to choose from which is definitely a good thing with picky kids.

As a plus size person this was a great place seating and bed great rooms great

The tile in the entrance way extremely slippery and super wet conditions, even with rugs. In the pool area was extremely slippery. Even when dry the floor was slippery

This new Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel formula is a winner, the rooms are spacious, well equipped, the architecture is pleasant, the breakfast is a notch above the competition. All is well.

Quite frankly there is nothing to reproach to the hotel at this facility.

The room was amazing, But beds just normal in comfort. For a Hilton, I expected more plush amenities, but felt the same as a Motel. Staff very attentive. Location close to shopping, entertaining and eating places. The kitchenette and spaciousness of the rooms were great. Really close to the Ascension hospital.

The mattresses were basic. The pillows were so soft, you needed more than 1 for support, or your neck hurt in the morning.
