The property was very clean, the staff was friendly, and there was a good variety of choices for breakfast. We had an issue with a guest in the room below us, so the staff got us another room of equal value and lowered our rate per night since we had to change rooms. We also left an item in the room after we left and the staff was quick to call so we could come back for it. I would stay here again and recommend it.

More seating at breakfast for larger groups is needed. If I am being picky, the heated indoor pool could have been a bit warmer.

Nice Staybridge. EXCELLENT staff. Good breakfast, free laundry, clean comfortable rooms. Deliveries were easy to get and Uber was prompt and affordable to downtown.

The pool was a little on the cool side. It is located in a corporate park and not pedestrian friendly. One group brought their dogs to breakfast. I don't think the staff noticed that, but it shouldn't be tolerated.

The room was clean and plenty of shampoo and conditioner! The pillow were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic sausage and eggs...and included in price. Complimentary washing room no extra charge.

Well it was a pet friendly hotel and my dog got excited as we were leaving and went wee wee in the corridor of the hotel. The person behind the desk made me wipe it up. Not classy. I informed him of the bathroom accident and was given rags to wipe it up. I was expecting a person with a mop and bucket to clean it up as a hotel guest.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I could hear people walking on the floor above me, people in the next room, the water flowing everytime someone flushed or used the shower. My first morning I was woken at 5:30 to someone knocking on the door next to mine and then continuously woken up by the sounds of walking, flushing, and water running. The second morning was the same and included someone in the room next to mine hitting or playing with something near the wall. I’ve never had these issues at other hotels I’ve stayed at.

We did not care for the separation of the door between the shower area and the sink area, and no door between the sink and bedroom area. It would have been better if the shower, toilet and sink were all behind one door in one area because it was hard for the other person to sleep if someone was up with the light on at the sink.

Love the location. Breakfast was the BEST I have ever seen presented at a location. No ice machine--found out later refrigerator had one but took hours to get ice made. Room was great. Staff was great

On YOUR website it as advertised there was a pool AND hot tub. Come to find out no hottub. Upon inquiry at the front desk at check out--Oh well filled that in two years ago. Get if off your website. That was the 2 requirements my boyfriend wanted. Pool was freezing. All kids in there no parental supervision. Can't blame that on the hotel though but someone making rounds maybe could. So the two things we really wanted to enjoy AND made time for didn't pan out.

The breakfast was amazing and fresh. It had many options, I believe it would make even the pickiest eater. had options for everyone. Pleasantly surprised.

the pool area was nice, but could use a fresh coat of paint. It is hard to keeps pool areas looking brand new, and was not bad at all. could have been a little warmer. but tolerable.

Everything was clean and exceeded expectations! I'd never stayed here before, but I definitely will again. I had an event in Indianapolis to go to and this was the perfect distance to be close to Indy, but still out of the craziness of the city. Plus, it was super affordable to stay here.

If there is *one* thing Staybridge could improve, it'd be the privacy. The gap underneath the door was a little big, and kept my dog up at night while people walked the halls. I could also hear my next door neighbor's conversation pretty clearly.

There was a comfortable gathering space with a fireplace that was perfect for our extended family. The hot breakfast was good as well as the food and drinks at the hospitality nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The suites were spacious and well appointed with amenities.

The room was great for my family, plenty of space for me and my two teens. The breakfasts were good, more than just cereal.

The covid cleaning restrictions were odd since so few staff or guests were wearing masks or distancing. It would have been nice to actually have the room cleaned at least a few times during the week. We would have been out of the room. Making room cleaning an option for guests to chose, rather than just refusing to do it, would be best.
