Breakfast was excellent hot and well cared for your kitchen staff

Pool area was too hot felt like sauna. Very upset my sisters room 325 was assigned to another patron who came into their room when she was in shower and scared her grandson terribly at 10:00 pm at night I reserved 2 rooms got to hotel and only one was booked for us. Associate who checked us in got us two rooms together 325 and 327 as I reserved on line with booking.com then he gave it to this other woman 4 hrs later . Not ok!! The staff called my sister room 325 to verify who she was with and that room was paid for by me.

That they had a room that would sleep 6 people that had two queen beds and a sofa bed, and they had a pool.

It was a little warm in the halls and elevator and it eas hot in the pool room and the chlorine was strong. And the bathroom door needed adjusted for the door to lock.

Went for a weekend getaway with our young children .Everything was great ! We had the family suite and it was big enough our family of 5 wasn't right on top of each other .Room was clean , staff was friendly, breakfast was good , pool was warm .We had a problem with our door not wanting to lock when we would leave the room (had to slam it closed) .we let staff know and they put a work order in.

My husband didn't care for the beds .He woke up with a sore back .

Nice variety of breakfast foods. The temperature of the food was lukewarm. It would be nice to have a microwave in the kitchen for those who would like their food hot.

No option to take a bath rather than a shower.

The breakfast was terrific! The staff was helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable.

The tub looked dirty and stained. The room looked like it needed updating. It was pretty pricey for just one night stay.

the pool was very nice but a little small when a large group come in but it’s still a good size

The manager the morning we left was amazing! Not only was she running the front desk and the breakfast, she did it all with a smile. Shortly after we left she called and told us we left an iPad in the room! Beyond excellent service!

Honestly having ice machines on every floor would be nice. And some air in the pool! It was hot as hell!

Clean friendly

The room didn’t have the sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. Then I had to go down wait in a long line to get the stuff. It was their mistake, I felt they should have brought it to our room. Other than that it was a good hotel.

Well I always say there’s always room for improvement. At the moment I can’t think of anything but you know nothings ever exactly perfect.
