Room was clean and well-maintained. Hotel was busy but quiet. Bed was comfortable. Location was good; lots of restaurants nearby.

Staff was okay. They were fine with me but saw them get a little testy with others. Breakfast was pretty standard.

I didn't stay in the room. I had out of town guests to stay in each room. They were very pleased with the cleanliness, plenty of room and the breakfast was great. The location was near the event we were attending so the location was convenientt as well.

I enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere especially from the ones at the front desk. Once I got into my room, I felt safe and relax. Everything was so clean and the beds were very comfortable.

I think that the fruit served for breakfast was spoiled. It tasted kinda funky. I know that housekeeping isn't done unless asked for due to covid. However, I think housekeeping should be done every day especially because of covid.

Didn’t like that there was no meat such as sausage or bacon! Didn’t like that I am a Hilton reward VIP that a Hilton front desk workers booked my room unknowingly to me with booking.com. I didn’t know the number I was transferred to make the reservation when the guy answered he said Hilton honors that it was not and the agent booked the reservation with booking.com had to spend two hour on the phone with Hilton honors to fix the problem on top of being overcharged an extra 200 dollars per room by mistake and the person checking me in could not correct her mistake. I hate the deceit of the the reservation person who book my rooms. By the way booking.com the experience was horrible and costly to me as a guest.

Clean, huge room, great location, great breakfast

A/C had a governor and it was hot in the room. Pillows too soft.

Breakfast was in a convenient location with both indoor and outdoor seating. Hot items were hot.

There was a little soap scum on the shower tiles. No orange juice at breakfast that day.

Cleanliness of the room and space ! We are always happy with our stay . Our preferred hotel when in Shereville!

The breakfast buffet was conveniently located with lots of choices and variety with an adequate eye on COVID safety. The room was pleasantly decorated with relaxing, cool colors. There were spacious accommodations and placements of the work bar, coffee bar and social sitting area.

The closed gym and pool facility were inconsistent with other properties enforcing the same level of restrictions for COVID related precautions.

The thermostat on the room. Unable to adjust the temperature to a warmer temperature. It appeared as though it was governed at a set temperature.
