We stayed in an accessible room on first floor. Everything about the room was well planned for someone with mobility issues-wide spaces, railings in bath; plenty of space to park a walker and still be able to walk in the room. Besides the accessibility, there were plenty of towels for a one night stay, rather than the 1 of each per traveler. That is much appreciated. The breakfast was plentiful and varied; the gentlemen who was working in the area was very helpful and gave information about what food was being prepared.

Good location, overall clean facility and good for the price.

I have stayed many times at this facility and other locations. This time I found the bedsheet was not changed after the prior occupant with several folds and wrinkles and hair. Contacted front desk and they quickly provided me another room in perfect condition. I will still return to Hampton inn as this was a single occurrence.

Breakfast quite monotonous but edible. I'd say typical US hotel breakfast service. The room is nice, clean, although quite dark. Acceptable WiFi signal.

The dining room was situated just off the exit/reception area. While I was there, the entrance door broke down. As a result, the temperature at the tables near the door dropped to about 2 degrees Celsius (35 Fahrenheit). Not very pleasant. What I missed was coffee. If I had to suggest something to the staff, it would be to throw away the thermoses in which coffee is served and buy a regular coffee machine that grinds coffee beans while you wait. At the cost of $1000 + the cost of coffee, your breakfasts could become unique within 50 miles ;-)

Jun greeted us upon arrival with enthusiasm. Checked us in, gave us water, offered M&M cookies. Suggested a great restaurant near by. Gave us a very nice, quiet room on the 4th floor. (408) Ask for it. It has tray ceiling soft night light. Very comfortable. We are traveling 1400 miles and everything was to our liking. Breakfast eggs had tomato and peppers with cheese. Sausage was very good too.

Clean, spacious room. Plenty of towels. Liked oversized frig. Very attentive breakfast room worker, he helped a young mother with child set - up a high chair. 6am breakfast was nice because we had to leave by 7am. Parking near doors.

Sadly, the bed in my room was the worst I have had in a Hampton Inn. The bed was NOT supportive with one person on it then when my spouse was also in bed it was uneven and totally uncomfortable.

I wish I had gotten the names of the 2 ladies at the front desk. The young lady that checked me in was so helpful and personable, we clicked immediately. The 2nd young lady was the night shift front desk, and my granddaughter wanted milk for her cookies, we went down to the vending area and was disappointed that there was not any milk, the lady at the front desk overheard our conversation and helped us to the breakfast area so that we could get a glass of cold milk from the machine!!! It's the little things that will make me come back😁

Nice quiet hotel. We prefer to stay here when visiting family. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable and we slept well. Staff is very friendly.

Not a “dislike” more of a “preference”- but breakfast wasn’t the best hotel breakfast- good for a quick coffee and snack which is definitely a nice option. Starbucks and other restaurants are close by.

The location is close to the interstate, shopping and tons of food options. The property is well maintained and the staff is super polite. Rooms are clean and hotel is quiet. I stayed for 4 days and plan to stay again my next trip. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was really a nice feature. It’s updated, nice size rooms and the beds are actually comfortable.

The room was big, well appointed. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. Front desk people were friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool had a dripping in the ceiling. The water was a bit cold for me.

All is good. Knew what to expect since I have stayed there about 10 times in the past. Kinda surprised that I could not get a printed receipt since I booked through a 3rd party. Don't know why, but it's cheaper to book through Booking.com than directly with the hotel.
