The facility was nice and smelled great! The pool looked nice, even though we did not have time to swim. We arrived 2 hours before check in and they allowed us to check in early, which was lovely. We were given a different room that was ready. Breakfast was actually pretty nice with an assortment of options.

The bathroom in room 306 had a few issues. The trim was cracked and there was obvious grime that hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom door did not close fully so the lock was pointless as it didn’t reach.

I liked the location and the look of the hotel and the cleanliness, staff was very friendly and everything was easily accessible. I also liked the room we had except there was no cooktop, that would have made by stay perfect.

I thought there could have been more choices of meat. Most of the bread and bagels were hard before toasting. Also, a spa tub would have been nice by the pool even though the pool was heated. I did like that feature.

The staff has to be the best of any hotel we have ever stayed at. It’s been 3 separate trips and each were perfect. Have a bad day walking in the front door and it’s gone by the time you hit the elevator. Thank you Omar and Aireyanna Thompson are so kind and helpful to everyone, can you please use these two for examples of what all guests should experience. We will recommend this hotel to everyone of our friends.

Good Coffee. Large Clean Spacious Room.

Breakfast is already pre-prepared and wrapped, not warm and not tasty. The Omelettes are also pre-prepared. I cannot eat green peppers, not everyone wants to eat Huevo Rancheros. Hence butter bagel was my breakfast. Marriott gives its guest scrambled eggs, Beef and Turkey Sausages and has a much larger breakfast venue, plus great coffee.

Large bathroom, separate bedroom, comfy sofa sleeper, friendly staff. Good location close to restaurants and right off 65.

Bathroom pocket doors (both from bedroom and main room) were so heavy and difficult to open and close. They need a handle not just a shallow indent.

The location was perfect, the staff was very nice , the food was good .

The cleanness is very bad they need to look after there cleaning people i know not always they can look after them but at least once or twice a week look at there cleaning the rooms.

The room is a good size. Has a living room area and large table/counter for computer work. It is nice having a full size kitchen so you can cook some meals vs eating out all the time

I wish you had firm pillows and not just the soft feather pillows. I always have to go and buy a lot of pillows during my stay.

The staff was very courteous and kind, the room was clean and had literally everything we may have needed during our stay. We came and stayed for my son's travel basketball tournament and we all enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

Not a lot of parking.

This was our favorite room on our cross-country drive. The beds were so comfy. The shower pressure was great. The room was hugh. I'm very happy with our stay. The coffee was delicious

Got an upset tummy from the breakfast sausage.

Super friendly staff, clean, perfect location for our planned activities.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but overall rooms were great.
