The location was great for my needs. The staff that I did interact with were fine but it was really only upon check in. I did say good morning to a breakfast staff but he may not have heard me as he did not respond. Beds were really comfortable.

I was surprised there was no housekeeping as I stayed for two nights. I wasn't worried about the towels being changed, but would have liked the garbage attendend to. There were no gluten free options at all for breakfast. Prices were really high for this weekend. (Graduation/end of semester). I paid over 500.00 for two nights. Please keep your prices at normal rates.

Our stay here was great. We were impressed with the cleanliness, the room and bathroom space, bed was comfortable, area was pretty private with not a lot of traffic, near highway but it was quiet and felt safe. Staff were friendly. It really looked, and felt, like it was a brand new building but it isn't. Such great use of the space. I liked the table near the bed so you could put some of your things there. The luggage rack above the air conditioning was a great idea, microwave and fridge are hidden away to give a clean look, but very accessible. Ice machine sign was clearly visible in the hall. There were two elevators, so you never had to wait for one. Breakfast was great with a variety of hot foods, even breakfast sandwiches which I've never seen before at a hotel. Definitely would stay again and will seek out SpringHill suites for future needs!

It’s clean and a newer hotel. The breakfast was amazing compared to most hotels.

I really liked the property and just two issues 1) The fan blew directly on the beds which was a little irritating. 2) The door to the room did not close without slamming it. I’m sure it’s just an adjustment needed on this newer hotel. I did advise the front desk of this security issue at check out.

The room was much better than a typical room. Loved the swivel TV and sofa area that doubles as a 2nd bed. Bathroom was excellent. Loved the walk-in shower and the barn door. Breakfast was good, equal to others I've had

Snacks available for sale were a little expensive. $3.50 for a Coke.

Breakfast was spectacular delicious and the gentleman that was there taking care of the breakfast was super really cared and we enjoyed seeing that!!! Your location was very easy to find and get into!

Have coffee creamer sugar available 24 hours a day as we are coffee drinkers and we didn’t have enough packets in our room to make or put more coffee packets in the rooms for us coffee drinkers

The breakfast was traditional with instant scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. The lobby was bright and cheery. The room had a flat screen TV and there was a message on the TV saying welcome and had my name. The room was well lit with very nice lighting for reading in bed.

The breakfast was a little plain, but it was ready prior to the scheduled time. We had an ice storm, and the walks could have been treated better.

We stayed 3 nights and 3 different people made breakfast on different days. 1st morning good, 2nd and 3rd morning not so good. Location was great.

The lady at the front desk was not very friendly was on the verge of being rude. I am not sure why our room was not cleaned during our stay. I didn't question it I just thought since we didn't book the room thru the hotel itself we didn't get that service and I didn't feel like dealing with the lady at the front desk. Everyone else we saw that works for the hotel were very friendly.

The room and other facilities were very nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was always hot and fresh.

A larger hold was put on my card than the amount agreed upon when booking. After looking into it, I was told it was a hold to cover any possible damages or charges to the room. The staff were often in the office and not at the desk, so I would have to yell “hello” or knock on the counter—a bell would be helpful. There was not much variety in the breakfast choices.

Instead of still advertising "breakfast" this hotel actually delivered! fruit, cereal, breads, muffins, biscuits to heat in the microwave., orange juice. Other "free breakfast" hotels have lately given us: 1) 1 muffin and 1 banana (for TWO people!) 2) a paper bag with banana and bagel (no toppings but at least we each got a bag!) 3: a hand-written sign in lobby saying that breakfasts have been suspended (WEBSITE STILL SHOWS BREAKFAST INCLUDED.) Under the circumstances I can understand changes but it is not right to continue advertising free breakfast as usual.

We were there several days and they did come in and give us clean towels and emptied the trash but they never made the bed.
