I really enjoyed the two bedroom suite so that my coworker and I could have separate rooms. It was a nice last minute stay due to a snowstorm keeping us in town. You can walk through the hotel to the Old Chicago restaurant which was handy with the cold weather. The young man checking me in was super friendly. Breakfast was pretty standard but you do have a blueberry option for waffles which was fun.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not working. Stairways needed a vacuum but the rooms were clean. In the hallway to get to the Old Chicago restaurant the lights weren’t working so it was a little dark and a tad confusing if we were suppose to actually go that way.

The staff at this hotel were awesome & they have since, helped me get an item back I left accidentally. I would especially like to note, Regina & a manager, who went above and beyond to assist me in our stay & followup.

Because I had two dogs, I had to walk them around the neighborhood. There were some people who tailgated in the parking area of the hotel the evening we were there, & they threw their leftover food into the yard of the hotel area. Not sure what anyone can do in this type of situation but my dogs found the food & tried to eat much of it. Sad to see guests be so inconsiderate.

Great variety Hot, fresh Clean and inviting

Pool area only has one table and approximately a doz chairs. At one time there was approx 25 + people in the pool area so no where to lay clothes and personal belongings other than on the floor. The loft area did have one table but zero chairs. Other than that was clean and well kept May seem minor complaint…. But the pool and hot tub was the main reason we chose hotel was they had a pool/hot tub.

Large room. Two separate bedrooms with queen beds. Kitchen with full fridge. Several televisions. Quiet location overnight. Pleasant staff. Nearby restaurants.

The property is older, but well-kept. The kitchens could use more utensils and dishes, but staff provided what might be needed on request. Bathrooms could use a makeover, but clean.

2nd bedroom in the suite you could hear all noise in hallways. The other bedroom the vent was in ceiling. A little cold sleeping even after turning heat up. Would still stay here, no biggy. Treadmill broke in exercise room. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Scrambled eggs and hash, do not like hash, were not filled back up. I finally found creamer in the cupboards and filled it up myself. I still enjoyed the stay.

Loved that these were suites and had (limited) cooking items so we were able to use up some of our cooler food. Our room was clean, comfy and quiet. Appreciated that we had full size fridge! We would definitely stay here again.

Maybe just replace the frying pan (when they get all scraped up they are not healthy). Otherwise, we had what we needed!

Spacious rooms with kitchen area and fridge. With two private bedrooms, a couch, and three televisions, it would have been ideal for a family.

Access to the unit was a bit of a challenge due to major street repairs, but that's not the fault of the hotel and shouldn't be an issue after the work is complete.

Pool facility was awesome, bed was comfy, all the rooms are suites, yummy smelling breakfast.

Couldn’t get the stopper for the shower to pop down so I could run my kids a bath, parking lot is less than desirable as there is only parking on one side of the building and there are tons of blind spots. I personally love the ability to see my vehicle to spot check it out my own window, this is not an option if you are in even rooms as they are on the back side of the hotel

Rooms are fantastic! We knew we had a 2 Q suite, but didn't bank on the beds being in separate bedrooms with doors! It was awesome! Beds were very comfortable! And for the price, unbeatable! The breakfast was a typical covid style. No one can help that. Bagels were the best. Hardboiled eggs a nice option. Coffee was surprisingly good!

The fact that the doors were not working with the card keys was a bit of a problem, and we couldn't get into the room that we reserved (a double). Took over an hour late in the evening before the rest of our group could get in to a room and then it was a single. Would have appreciated some reimbursement for the downsizing from the hotel.

The location was great and we loved having extra space as we had people getting ready for a wedding the next day. Had places for everyone to hang out and get ready. The beds were so comfy and we all enjoyed our stay there!

There was not really anything that could've been better except for the fact that the card readers weren't working right for one of our rooms. But they did finally put us in a different room.
