Very friendly staff, the gentleman who checked us in was great, very helpful. The lobby was nice and clean, with complimentary popcorn. Our room was perfect, very clean. I normally travel with my own magnifying mirror to apply make up and a power strip with USB, because hotels either don't have them, or will just have one on a lamp, but the bathroom had an expandable magnifying mirror, and the alarm clock had extra outlets and USB ports. The room also had a little microwave and small fridge which is helpful for drinks or leftovers.

We had no complaints, and I'm usually picky about things.

It was in a great location for me during my travels. I didn’t get to use them, but it had a cute porch type area with comfortable looking large chairs to enjoy the evening out at. In addition, there was a fire pit and a very nice barbecue to use. If I’d have stayed longer, I definitely would have used them. I didn’t use the gym but all equipment appeared to be in working order and you could see outside while working out. Vending and ice machines all in working order. The lobby had beverages and snacks for sale, quite a selection. The staff were just wonderful, all shifts. The breakfast was hot and tasty, and had many options to choose from: eggs, biscuits & gravy, pancakes with FRESH fruit toppings, FRESH fruit, oatmeal, bagels, toast, juices, etc. A very nice spread for the morning hungry folks. The indoor pool was sparkling clean. They even offered two desktops and a printer in the lobby if you needed it. One last thing I thought was awesome: they had a popcorn machine in the lobby! Upon check in the front desk staff gave me two little bags of dog treats for my two fur babies paws, which was very much appreciated.

Only thing I was disappointed in was that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. I picked this property because of that amenity on my long journey.

The breakfast here was pretty good. We were here for six nights and each morning there were freshly cooked eggs with a meat, biscuits (although not fresh) and gravy, along with make your own waffles or pancakes. A yogurt dispenser was popular and there was a variety of things like raisins, cranberries, granola, blueberries, etc. to mix up your own parfait. Cathy at the front desk was more than helpful with anything that we needed. This was a very popular motel for work crews and travelers - even so, it was quiet, clean, and we always felt safe.

The mattresses on the beds in our rooms had some sort of cover on them beneath the sheets that gave off a bit of a squeak when you moved around.

The suite we had was very comfortable. I liked that there was laminate flooring instead of carpet -helped me to have less stress with traveling with our dog. The breakfast had good choices -even things that my grandson with peanut allergies could eat.

I wish the hot tub had been working.

Everything was clean and comfortable.

As our friends were visiting us, we moved from the outside area to the lobby. The front desk staff person was playing on a computer and being very loud responding to the game , which was a huge distraction from our conversation.

Room was clean and the spa tub was relaxing, the bed was also comfortable and came with a lot of pillows. Staff was also very friendly.

The remote to the tv did not work besides changing the volume, ended up using my travel Roku to watch tv.

The breakfast was top of the line! Better than any U.S. hotel we've stayed in. The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and spacious.

Some traffic noise leaked through the window. We checked to make sure it was shut tight and it was.

Room was nice looking and felt clean and thoroughly maintained.

Shower drain did not drain quickly and pooled a bit. Elevator was slowest I've ever seen. False fire alarm after midnight was not wonderful just before a tournament.

Waffle maker is always a kid favorite. Good apples and oranges available.

Food was good, maybe more fresh fruit when in season. Whole grain bread would be another good option.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy but ok. For the breakfast, in order to be considered excellent, or 8+ and up, I'd suggest they pay a bit more attention to details because the ingredients ae already there.

All was good.
