The pool was a good temperature. The pool area was clean. The hot tub was nice and warm. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was kind to our young kids. I didn't feel bad about sending them to the front desk unattended for shampoo. I called and warned the front desk. It made our kids feel grown up, and I felt they were safe. The location is perfect. Not far from the Jordan Creek Mall. The price was awesome for the room, pool, and breakfast. It was a REAL breakfast! Sausage, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal bar, bagels, toast, pastries, cereal, fruit, and waffles. Something for everyone really.

Front desk - when we arrived, she was very welcoming. Name started with a N. Very informative and sweet. We arrived around 8ish. Room was clean. I'm an X-hilton / Hampton Inn GM, so I am always QA-ing my stays. You did great, cleaning ladies were already at it when we left in the morning. I had requested a room on the first floor near the exit since we travel with expensive bicycles and that is what I got. Thank you!

Nothing, my husband didn't like the cheese omlets, but they are the normal. The sausage was good and the selection nice enough. A lot of people were there getting ready for the Iowa State Fair, we were just passing through on our way to a lake vacation.

The breakfast is ok and just a different taste for me to try. The location is easy to find a destination. My boyfriend and I did actually enjoy the hotel and friendly staff to help us out. The dining room is awesome and can enjoy the relax to play the games or what else.

The pool is very cold to get in. It should be warmer as perfectly because can have fun without complain. The hot tub is very nice but unfortunately too much chemical as foam to hurt as burn our eyes and other people's also. Hopefully they willing to fix the right measure of chemical for hot tub in the future.

The clerk at check in had an unprofessional attitude. We checked in at almost 5 pm and he proceeded to tell us that our room wasn’t ready yet. Then he said it was but we only had one hand towel. We had to call down and get the WiFi information as he gave us no information at check in. The clerks in the morning were very professional and friendly.

Everything was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. The room was quiet. Breakfast was good, but more selections would have been nice. All the staff were welcoming and friendly.

The pool was so chlorinated that we actually got sore throats and our eyes burned just from being there for 45 minutes. It actually visibly bleached our swimsuits after one swim. The pool area also had baby ants crawling around, and we saw one in our room as well, which could have hitched a ride on us from the pool area since I didn't see any ants elsewhere in the hotel.

Did not like fact that there was a dog in breakfast room during breakfast and a dog in elevator with us once !! even though pets are allowed there definitely should be restrictions in consideration of people that might be allergic or uncomfortable are animals .

This Hampton hotel, though older than the Hampton we stayed at the night before, was very clean. It looked well cared for. We appreciate having a nice clean place to stay after traveling all day.

The hotel was convenient to I-80, in a safe location, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/hot tub was a great place for my kids to unwind after a long day of driving. The staff was great, and super helpful. I also appreciated that they pack you a to-go lunch upon check out. Nice touch.

It was the only hotel out of three (including another Hampton Inn) that didn't have a microwave in the room due to the pandemic. While I totally understand why they took it out, it would be helpful to add that back in for families.

Everything about the rooms, pool and staff at the location was excellent and made our stay incredible.

The temperature on the main floor and by the elevators on the 4th floor was too hot. It made eating breakfast uncomfortable.

The wonderful swimming pool and hot tub were welcome after a long day of travel. And the hours of operation were generous. Also had a good assortment for breakfast.

The rooms with two double beds were small. It was difficult to open the wardrobe doors.
