Enormous 501 sq. ft. room. In addition to the king bed, there is a sofa, easy chair and table with two chairs. Because of the size, I was concerned that the smallish TV would be too far away to watch (turned out to be fine). New carpet and space encouraged me to do some much needed yoga. The check in was at the Comfort Inn. Staff there is always very welcoming, and let us know we were welcome to use the pool and attend breakfast, as it is a sister property. With some clever interior design, Eagle Ridge has lots of potential.

Non-secure exterior door was a bit disconcerting, but it looks like a super safe area, so not a problem. The proximity to the Mississippi River would suggest outdoor picnic tables would be a nice, inexpensive, addition.

Beautiful area on the river. Quiet area. My room.was large and comfortable. It had a very comfortable sofa which I sat on a lot. It had a nice recliner, but I was not really able to push in the foot rest very well, so I only sat there once. Nice microwave and fridge. Very nice bathroom with tub/shower combo. When I arrived, I had injured my back. So it was the perfect place to rest and get pain under control, which I did. Nice, restful stay. Oh and it had the nicest grocery store nearby with good prices. Plus there was a car wash which I used too. Nice area, nice place, nice people.

Only 2 minor things: 1. Soft water (probably can't be helped but it makes the shower more slippery) 2. Low lighting which is an issue for me

Breakfast was great! Location was great! Comfortable and clean!

Outside area is rundown a bit and could use some maintenance such as a good power washing around on the Eagle Ridge Side and weeding the landscape. Having to go outside to walk around to the comfort inn to get ice. The buildings are connected but no inside entrance to get through I understand they are two different hotels, with two different price points, but they need to get the ice machine fixed at least.

This is our 2nd stay! Clean! Clean! Clean! Quiet! Felt Safe! Nice river view from the property! Friendly staff! Had a nice chat with Daphne at a very ample breakfast! Hot and cold! Best value for money and location we’ve ever had traveling across U.S.! Access to groceries interstate gas food etc. We’ll be back. It’s our 1/2 way point to our grandkids! Wish we had had time to use the gym and cool!

The hotel was conveniently located. It was very clean and the staff very attentive and welcoming. The bed comfortable, the shower perfect and the Wi-Fi strong. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise as lots of places still don’t offer one. We recommend highly! We were in a pet friendly room and it was clean and had no animal smell. The pet fee, at $10, is more than fair.

Everything was just perfect, no complaints.

We liked the bed. This was the best experience we had with the cleanest sheets and bedding. Smelled so clean and fresh. The room was comfy and clean. The bathroom was clean. That in itself was a 10 for me.

Location and size of the room

Lighting dim especially in the bathroom. On this trip we stayed in seven hotels, five had bright lighting in the bathroom. Modernize!

Excellent location for LeClaire and environs. Very comfortable, for the most part. Very good bed. Breakfast looked good, but didn't use.

Place is understaffed, had to wait for someone to come over from adjoining Comfort Inn in order to check-in. Lighting is poor for working/reading.

First hotel to have a big comfortable recliner Made me feel at home and not a standard motel room. Was clean, great breakfast included and best value for my money.

Location was ideal, on the edge of a lovely town on the Mississippi. Staff were very friendly and check in was smooth. Rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent German beer hall/restaurant just across the main road.

Breakfast choice a little limited, otherwise a very pleasant stay.
