The breakfast was average, and sometimes the food was not warm enough. At the time they were having a supply problem, so we went to breakfast outside the facility the last morning we were there. We had a king-size room on the first floor that was very quiet. Staff were responsive and pleasant. A washing machine and dryer room were available.

It is an older facility. There is an indoor swimming pool only. No exercise room. I had the headboard fall off the wall, but it was repaired quickly. The chest of drawers, we had an issue with one of the drawers not working.

Pleasant and clean budget hotel conveniently located near Sioux City airport. Pleasant staff. Very nice front lobby. Decent complimentary breakfast offerings. Very good value for the money for those who don't need luxury accommodations and prefer a reasonable price for a night's rest.

It is located on an active railroad line. Ear plugs help with the train noise. Other than that, it was quiet.

The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast provided was very good.

We booked this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool, but it was closed due to a problem during our stay. The gentleman who checked us in when we arrived wasn’t very friendly. We had to go up stairs to get to our room because there is no elevator.

I liked everything. The front desk man who greeted me, named Jay was very personable and helpful and professional. The pool was wonderful, and was open for many hours per day. Breakfast was good. Waffles were a plus (make it yourself waffles). 24 hours a day coffee is available in the lobby. The place is quiet, and beautifully laid out. Lobby is lovely. Parking is free and convenient. Room is very comfortable. Has everything: fridge, microwave, hairdryer, coffee maker. Clean bathroom, and excellent shower. Lewis and Clark Interpretive center is in Sioux City, Iowa, and there's a nice art center to visit.

Nothing really....I'm a swimmer, and I would appreciate a hot tub....but nothing is perfect. Loved this hotel

Was a good night sleep. It was quiet, and everything was clean.

Front desk could be a little more friendly. He wasn't rude just seemed like he was having a bad day which everyone goes through.

the lobby and hall ways were very warm! pool area was really hot and hard to sit and watch kids while swimming. very uncomfortable in the swim area as a watcher.

The bed very comfy, very friendly staff, and the breakfast very delicious😋

Asked for a later checkout, they said I couldn’t, asked again, they said I couldn’t, the guy I was traveling with asked for the same thing and they gave it to him.

We like AmericInn as one of the motels we use when we travel. They all tend to be nice.

The desk clerk was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast bar was great. No eggs or sausage or such, but make-your-own waffles was fun. Good selection of other items. Comfy and clean and reasonably priced. Great stay.
