We needed a hotel room for one night. The staff was friendly. The check in and out process was easy. The rates were good because we stayed off season. The breakfast options were good. I am not a breakfast eater, but grabbed a bagel to snack on. The hot coffee was good and I appreciated decaf option. The room was just fine. View was cars and dirty parking lot out back. The TV was also weird - maybe just old?? The bed and pillow was very comfortable.

The hotel had a strong food smell. And a dog barking a lot on first floor. Again, maybe out of season they had family in the rooms??

We had an unexpected/unwanted guest our first morning there and the front desk did an awesome job of protecting our privacy and did not tell her we were there. The breakfast was great, and the whole place was very clean.

It would have been nice if a staff person would have stopped the late night door slamming and kids running in the halls. The toilet was not securely attached to the wall so it audibly rocked when you sat/stood up.

The breakfast was good. It would have been nice to see the menu switched up a little bit. We had the same options all three days we were there. The pancake machine was not available for use.

The hot tub was not that hot. The water in the hot tub smelled funny, like it wasn't at the right levels for chlorine or something. The water color was a little off. The water in the pool was COLD.

Owners where very nice and helpful.Room was nice comfy beds . Nice big TV and great channels. Breakfast was good.

Pool area was in need of some repair . But understandable since they said they had just purchased this property. So hopefully when we visit again it will be 💯 %.

We were on a budget and so we weren't expecting much but for the affordable price we paid, it was above expectations. Staff was very nice and available.

Breakfast was great! Love the biscuits and gravy and waffles. So much to choose from. The beds are really comfortable. Glad they supply soap, shampoo and coffee in the rooms. Pool and spa is so relaxing.

Needs a little sprucing up but still a great place to stay!

Nice size room. Wonderfully pet friendly. Easy to get to. Located nice to the venue we had come down to. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very nice also

I cannot remember the gentleman that checked us in but he was excellent and very helpful. He worked hard to make sure that the guests were happy and he even helped carry luggage upstairs. The breakfast was a nice touch and there was a lot to choose from and he worked hard to make sure that all the food was stocked up so all the guest could have enough to eat.

The only thing that could have been better would be to have an elevator but it is understandable that the building may be older and might not be able to have that feature. It wasn't too bad to carry the luggage upstairs. The tv did not work and he offered to come up to fix it but we just decided to forgo tv for a night.

The breakfast room was clean and well organized. Good variety of offerings. Staff was right there to fill coffee pots or anything you need. Very friendly and accommodating. Food was fresh and good. The room was clean and had everything we needed and more. Nice and quiet. Pool and hot tub clean and functioning properly

One of the safety locks on our door was broken. Some construction workers staying there kept propping open the back door that was supposed to stay locked. The freezer in the mini fridge really needed defrosting. Concerns were reported to be addressed.
