We have always enjoyed staying here!

The entire site is under construction - inside and out!! If we had known we might have tried somewhere else. Workmen were very kind in moving equipment so we could enter the building. There was very little noise associated with what they were doing but we walked on large sheets of cardboard covered with paint dollops and other construction Wastes. It was quite a surprise to discover We were staying where large containers of Apparently used room items were stored in the entry way. The staff was great.

A+++ Sue at the front desk has exceptional customer service. I had an allergic reaction which gave me an intense migraine the morning of checkout. I called down to see if I could pay to have my checkout time extended. She offered me an extended 1 pm checkout free of charge! When I did checkout, she saw that I still wasn't feeling the best and offered me bottled water, which was actually very needed and extremely appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable and service was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends.

The staff went above and beyond. They were very helpful, cordial and pleasant. I was greeted each time I entered and left. They went out of their way to help.

The parking lot had a lot of cigarette butts up against the sidewalks. I would suggest all Hampton's create a covered smoking area for their employees away from the front of the hotel.

We liked the breakfast buffet. It was plenty of variety and was clean and taken care of.

The bathroom could of use some cleaning in the ceiling and behind the door. The bathroom in the pool area could be remodeled. It was hard to open thr door and everything was rusty.

Good room, fine continental breakfast. Good location.

On the ground floor, working on the swimming pool, gym. Why send a message saying we need to read a mask. Keep getting message to say we are staying, days after we left.

The ladies in the kitchen did a great job well and beyond I think that deserve a raise the ladies were 2 African American ladies they worked at the Hampton Hilton Waterloo Iowa on Laport Rd

There was no vent in bathroom so when you take a shower the mirror all foggy

Pool hours are short I came in late I was planning to go in but it was closed And room was to much light if you sleep late and sun hit your eyes at 6 😬☹️☹️not enough sleep you can’t closed curtain

Quiet, comfortable room. We were unnecessarily worried about construction, but did not impact our stay. And, Tesla destination chargers had us ready to roll in the morning.

Everything was very clean, tidy and it smelled good in the room!

The staff were rude and we had issues with the payment. We didn’t arrive until about 11:30pm. We had driven 12 hours and still had 12 more to go the following day. I had already paid 2 days in advance and they still asked my husband for a card and swiped it again for the overnight stay. I don’t think they were paying very much attention because it seemed a bit dramatic when we walked in. Anyway, It came out of our account, not just once, but twice and we had to wait almost 2 weeks to get that money back. The only nice experience I had with the staff was with the Assistant Manager (I believe she was), I can’t remember her name but she was very nice and helpful after that happened with the money situation.
