All the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs …especially Kelly the breakfast staff coordinator she was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and everything was tasteful and nicely decorated. we were able to make use of the fitness center which was very nice clean and convenient.

Air circulation in the room could’ve been better. The bathtub didn’t have a plug so we weren’t able to take a bath that’s something that could be addressed.

The breakfast was great!!! I love Bisquets & gravy!!! Not many places have them! The hotel was right next to a Stake & Shake!!! One of my favorite places to eat... 1 was there 2x in my 3 days stay! Locations was super... 5 mins or less to my meeting location! Thanks!!! I'll stay there again, when I am there again!

Room was clean and looked great and updated

We went down for breakfast in the morning and the waffle mix was out, syrup was empty, there was no spoons or fork to eat with, syrup all over the floor and a waffle burning in the iron. Then when we told the staff it took then 10 mins to befor they went to refill it. (They were talking to each other at the front counter and we had to yell to get their attention then wait longer after they got told stuff needed refilled)

The staff were amazing. Clean. Near the interstate. Breakfast was the normal, hot and cold selections. I would stay there again. I would recommend. I travelled with a dog. The room they assigned me was near the side door, so I could walk my dog more easily. Reasonable dog fee

The staff was very friendly & personable. They did an amazing job of keeping all common areas (including keeping the floors dry from the pool area to the elevators) and rooms clean and sanitzed. They also are a pet friendly hotel :-)

No complaints

It seemed brand new. Everything was tastefully decorated and clean. Rooms were large. Staff was kind. Pool was small enough that I felt safe letting my younger son swim alone without an adult. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection of items.

Everything was great!

I liked the location. The simplicity of everything. The size of the room that we stayed in and the size of the hotel. It's not big and overwhelming. Our request of checking out late was granted and that was very helpful. Thank you for being accommodating

top sheet of one of the beds was not clean. The bathroom lighting was not very bright. So if you're a makeup artist you might not like the lighting

Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The property is perfectly located near I-35, gas stations, restaurants and any type of shopping a person could be interested in! it is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Not a thing!

The staff was very friendly. And I appreciated the early breakfast start even on the weekend.

It was a bit noisy due to little league teams staying there. But we were put in a room far from the foot traffic, so that helped.

Kelly who was there everyday of our stay was excellent! Took care of everyone’s needs and was so nice. She represents your hotel very well!!!!🥰🥰🥰
