The room was never cleanly and nice! The bed was very comfortable! The front desk worker when we checked in was amazing! He was very welcoming and informative!

Two things that I wish were different are that all the pillows were way to soft for my liking! Usually hotels have one soft and one harder pillow for each side of the bed and there were only soft pillows on our bed! The other thing is that there were not that many channels to watch. We wanted to watch a few football games but there was only one available on the few channels that were available.

The rooms were clean and smelled nice. When we got down to breakfast the food was running empty, but the staff kept everything full and made sure to let us know more food would be out. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun! The family really enjoyed the pool. Easy check in and nice location.

The location was perfect for me, close to my family member's work place and the place of our event. The lobby with the stairs was beautiful. I always like to use the stairs and this was much more fun than the usual "back stairs."

I think the batteries were low on the TV remote. It only partially worked. They made note of it and I'm sure they got it taken care of.

It is close to downtown and it is in walking distance of Walmart.

Have been here before and you have always given us good service. Would like to try getting on the main floor next time.

you have to ask to have your room cleaned every day or they clean it every 3rd day. I didn’t realize this until the second day when I read a sticker in the bathroom. maybe this is a new thing?

Best hotel experience we’ve ever had! Staff was welcoming, rooms were clean and the pool was amazingly maintained and the hotel also provided water toys for the kids to play with! The breakfast area was clean and gave plenty of options and the location felt overall very safe.

We left an item in the room. We returned to get it 30 to 45 minutes after checking out and the staff was very helpful and friendly in helping us to get into the room and find our stuff.

The staff was great, and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve had.

The water pressure in the shower was so low that I had to get in a tub of water to get the soap washed off.

Large comfortable rooms. Delightful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Plumbing very noisy. Refrigerator so noisy had to turn it off in night. Room not cleaned to usual Quality Inn standards.

Breakfast was great, with many options. The staff were very kind and friendly.

The facilities look dated and maybe think about replacing the carpet.
