The location was excellent for me

Wasn't able to get a room on the first floor or a king-size bed due to the renovation going on. Hopefully, the next time.

Going to There were it's of trash in the hallway & dirt around corners in the room. Concern about how well the rooms were cleaned during this pandemic. If housekeeping isnt going to enter the rooms, then there needs to be drop site for towels & the ability to pickup clean towels & soaps, etc.

& The staff at the desk were amazing, friendly, & helpful. We were able to get clean towels at the desk.

the handicapped room you can’t use the shower seat and the hand shower together I thought we were going to have an easier time to bathe my husband and not so much the room also needs a little work peeling wallpaper

ease access to Main road and restaurants

floors and ceiling noise . they call me to complain about regular walking noise from floor in room I was staying .

The lady at the front desk was fabulous and kind and helpful.

The pool wasn't working and that is why we had to leave n book at the holiday Inn in bonner springs which was out of our way.

That hot tub and pool was out of order.

Super friendly front desk personnel. Very helpful.
