When we had trouble with one of the beds, they got us moved to another room right away.

There was some trash on the floor between the bed and night stand. I wasn't checked on or even asked if we were ok when my husband and I sat down on the bed and the entire frame broke. I also wasn't offered any discounts for the inconvenience.

I was charged 50 for a pet fee because all the pet rooms were occupied even though no damage was done to room , so you got an extra 25 for no reason it should have been refunded if there was no damage to room. I understand paying the regular 25 but not refunding the other was ridiculous

Yeah a hot tub!! A little foamy but it is rare to find one working. Great location with parking.

Beds were a bit high off the floor. Hard to get on & off. The eggs on Friday tasted fake but Saturday & Sunday tasted real. Wish City Limits would give a discount for hotel guests. Needed a light in the corner behind the chair.

Such an easy place to find after a long day of driving! Virginia checked me in quickly - she is so friendly! The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Breakfast is always ready promptly at 6 AM and is delicious with a wide variety of choices. There is easy access to The Oasis travel center or to Walmart if you need to pick up a few items. I have stayed here for over 20-years when I travel and would highly recommend it for safety, on-site parking, and accommodating staff!

As I was packing to check out in the morning whoever was in the room directly above me was making A LOT of noise: It sounded like they were dropping concrete blocks on the floor!

It’s convenient. Right off 70. Walking distance to gas, shop, eat & Starbucks. Also, restaurant in the hotel is a plus when it is freezing temps out! 👍. Restaurant’s food was delicious. Staff was great. Larry was the best!

We slept through breakfast. I'm sure it was lovely.

The only thing that we experienced that was a little concerning was that the housekeeping staff tried to enter our room while we were all still sleeping. It wasn't check out time yet, so we were a little startled. We had bolted the door, though, so they didn't make it into the room.

The staff (Virginia greeted me both times I checked in) is so friendly, organized, and efficient. The breakfast is good (Bacon the first stay!) and the rooms are consistently clean. The location cannot be beaten, both for easy access on and off the interstate, and also proximity to The Oasis travel center. Parking is free and there is always a safe spot close to the motel.

The first time I checked in my room smelled like cigarette smoke but not so much that I would complain.

The room spelled good. Was clean and quiet. The person at the desk was very friendly and organized. Check in was quick and easy. Our receipt was under our door very early which was good because we had to leave by 7:30. Breakfast had many food options that were fully stocked.

Gluten free, organic, real food options with no preservatives or sugar would be nice. I have to grocery shop and make my own food in a instant pot I’m my room. Also didn’t get the room I booked. I was suppose to be in the king suite with the living room being separate from the bedroom. However we had family staying in another room so this larger so it was nice to have that big room and bonus table which is why I didn’t complain or switch rooms. Last minute family came with.

Breakfast was good. could have been stocked better but was restocked after we pointed out shortages. Really enjoyed our evening meal at the steak house attached to facility. was nice to get such a quality steak without having to leave the facility.
