All of the staff I ran into were friendly and helpful. Check in was fast, simple & easy. The room was just like the photos, the linens were clean, plenty of toiletries and towels. The pool looked very clean and inviting, however I didn’t go for a swim. There’s a nice restaurant in the building with the pool. All of the staff there were lovely and the food was well made, delicious and quick.

There isn’t much more than cereal and waffles for breakfast, but they’re short staffed and communicate that the breakfast is limited if you read the signs. My keycard stopped working my second day, however housekeeping let me back into my room and I was able to walk down to the front desk later on and the quickly staff fixed it. The fridge in my room did make some annoying noises but it was unplugged when I came in, so I unplugged it again after I ate my leftovers.

This is a newly-rebranded property that is still listed many places as the former Best Western Red Coach Inn. It is an older property that has yet to be fully renovated but everything was satisfactory. There is a good Mexican restaurant onsite as well as breakfast being available in the lobby for $1.99 per person. The property is within walking distance of Walmart as well as a Casey's General Store, a Taco Tico, and one of the few remaining sit-down Pizza Hut restaurants.

Thin walls meant others in surrounding rooms could be heard at times as well as any activity in the parking lot. The remote would fail to power on the TV but worked otherwise. Only shampoo and bar soap were provided; bring your own body wash if that's what you prefer.

It was easy to schedule online and check in was easy but getting to my room was a little tricky my pocket think west, but a dribble of water that was great so I would come back because of that

The security truck parked outside, gave me a false sense of security, because there was no one in it, and there was hardly anyone at the front desk most of the time

Cleanliness of room compared to other times at this place.

Need to improve on breakfast. Only waffles, cereal and toast. No butter for any and asked and said we don't have any. There was a syrup container but didn't work. I don't like syrup. I like butter and sugar on my waffles. Ate it dry with nothing on it.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great and huge shower head was fantastic.

Had to go to front office to get a remote as there was not one in the room. Some small maintenance issues.

I loved the spacious courtyard. I was able to meet with guest and let my kids run.

The only thing I did not like was that the pool was absolutely freezing

The room was clean and the price was right. Close to the interstate and convenience stores.

It was enclosed in some kind of structure so that we didn't even think it was a motel, couldn't see out the windows due to the enclosure, kind of spooky.

I payed ahead on booking.com. Check-in was a breeze. Room was super clean staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

As I said...check-in was surprisingly fast. There was a very nice activity area with swimming pool,Pool table,air hockey,,and even a golf putting area. 😀

This is an industrial area, but the surrounding area was quiet.

Breakfast wasn't as good as it could have been. Lots of items were used up and empty by 7:30. The swimming pool has been neglected.

Amber, the day front manager impressed me with her dedication to the customer. I saw remove a potential dangerous situation and then she ensured my breakfast was as good as it could be. Considering corporate had not provided essential breakfast condiments, cutlery, and napkins. Why use cheap napkins, the cheaper they are, the more get used and waste and loss increases because THEY ARE CHEAP FALL APART NAPKINS I HAVE TO USE 10 TO 1. FIX IT. It's not her fault, she did everything right. GIVE HER A RAISE. You need more people like her.

Paper products, saving money is one thing. But ass wiping products should be high quality, less gets used. Napkins, you serve food. As a restaurant owner, cheap napkins say to each customer "we dont care about you" make a mess and use 5 time as many napkins. Sont be so cheap.
