Pet friendly! Always a plus for us as I have a 95 lbs. GSD service animal. First floor room with a king bed. Well maintained room and bathroom. Lots of towels, shower worked well with good hot water pressure. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows. TV, microwave, and fridge all worked well. Good breakfast with multiple choices from hot scrambled eggs and sausage links to cold cereal and yogurt to bagels and fresh fruit.

Nothing to dislike. The staff was great from check in to check out. Hotel was very quite for a wonderful nights sleep. Lots and Lots of food options close by all within walking distance.

Breakfast was ok. The room was very, very clean. The bed was super comfortable. It was our first time staying at a Wyndym property and we were impressed.

The chairs in the room were not suitable for a handicap person. The mechanisms didn't work so it made getting out of the chair almost impossible. Even if the mechanisms worked they would have been hard to get out of. My husband hurt his back when he tried to sit in the desk chair. The soft chair was extremely hard for him to sit in.

Very convenient location near the highways. There were a number of restaurants and a Walmart in the near area. The hotel was quiet at night even though my room was right next to the elevator I didn't hear anything. There were guests with a lot of children running around, just being kids. There is an indoor pool so I'm sure this is a popular location for families. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area had on-demand coffee so it was always fresh. There were eggs and sausage and bread for toast for those who are interested in protein. There was also cereal, muffins and a waffle maker and yogurt. This is a better breakfast than most hotels these days. The hotel rate was very reasonable considering the amenities.

Everything was fine for what I expected.

Breakfast was what was expected, pool available and rooms were very nice. TV had tons of channels and beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels in room and at the pool and pool was open until 10 pm. They did get us rooms next to each other as requested and staff was nice. Had working fridge and microwave. McDonalds nearby was open 24 hours, which was convenient for fulfilling late night munchy cravings. Liked late checkout time so kids were able to swim in pool again the next day.

Breakfast was ok, but disappointed that when I showed up at 930 they were already putting things away and there was no listed breakfast times. They therefore didn't have waffle mix available at that point and had to turn the juice back on for me. They did have sausage and eggs still, along with yogurt and some bread. Pool was a little dirty and small. Didn't have any shower gel and it was a little noisy in the room, I believe from wind blowing by the window since we were on the third floor. They were cleaning rooms across from us quite early but didn't bother us at least.

The night audit gentleman was wonderful. So was the swing shift gentleman. They were both very accommodating and very helpful and recommending places to eat and things to do. The facility was very well maintained and clean, and our room was very comfortable.

The room was a little smaller than I had hoped. There was a couple times where our keys didn't work and we had to get them rekeyed. The morning shift desk person was a little snotty.

Room improvements.

I have stayed at this location for the past 8 years when traveling to Missouri. They always offer a hot breakfast. Last year there was eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit and gravy, waffles, and breakfast burritos. This visit there was no hot breakfast only dry cereal, white and wheat bread for toast, blueberry muffins, and yogurt. Not a big deal just disappointed at paltry offerings.

I liked everything. Nice staff. Beautiful room. Full breakfast. We've stayed at different places in Emporia and this will be our choice in the future.

$20 per dog times two is standard, but expensive. I wonder if we could get a loyalty discount or something similar?

I really liked that the clerk who checked me in found a room right across the hall from my coworker. I also thought the breakfast area was very nice as was the food offering.

Not sure anything needed to be better at all. I thought the door to the elevator was a little ugly, but I'm not sure that's even a problem???

The only real improvement we could think of was the water pressure in the shower. It was tough to feel truly rinsed off because 1) the shower head was so tall and 2) the water pressure but okay but not really good.

the fitness center. the temperature was about 85 degrees and extremely no no towels in the fitness center and nothing to clean machines with. not sanitary
